Not listen to my family members calling in reference to what I took in the past and what I'm taking out. I don't abuse my medication. Never have since I got off crack cocaine and I never will.

Yes, if you could figure out the billing, because I was charged twice for the same procedure, it was for a biopsy for a bone marrow biopsy that I was charged twice for because they had to do your procedure again because it wasn't enough material the first time. And I'm trying to get that sorted out now, but I don't have extra money for to take care of something like that. It should have been done correctly the first time.

Very pleased with my visit!

Everything went extremely well. They were shorthanded in the blood draw on the fifth floor so I had to wait a little while, but I'm retired and I was no issue. Also, one of the three elevators has been broken in the building. That didn't bother me, but in a busy time that might be an issue.

I think when a person is coming to the establishment for the first time, they need to let us know that they have parking for patients so they wouldn't have to walk so many blocks just to get to the building. Otherwise, everything else is fine.

I was told that she allowed the referral so she could do a referral to a gastroenterologist. I have been seeing a gastro for 3 years and have appt at musc in march with a gastro for my pancreas. It was a HUGE Waste of my time, PTO AND money. I do not feel like I should be charged for THIS 3 minute consultation as this whole appt was absolutely crazy. If she thought I just needed a gastro consult then she should have outreached out to my primary provider and told them that!!!!!

All of the Prisma staff that I have ,that helps me. All have been excellent. There is one family practice with Prisma help 5900 garners ferry road. Be patient that was seeking help there, was treated and disregarded poorly. The patient only asks why they were having to wait hour to hour which is ridiculous. The patient was told if they don't like it that they could just find another practice. This patient I know very well ,disabled. It's terrible to be treated in such a manner especially when someone has a physical or mental handicap. Kindest regards!
