Be upfront with me about everything that was on my X-ray. I wasn't told that there was a possible backing out of one of the screws.

The visit was everything I expected and the medical team answered all of my questions and concerns!

Everyone was very professional, caring, helpful, attentive and made me feel very comforted and cared for. I appreciated everything and everyone who cared for me and always thanked them and let each one know how much I appreciated them.

I felt for the most part I was treated very respectfully however, at times and with certain nurses I felt like my requests were just being flat out ignored especially with one nurse in particular Everytime I was in pain and asked for my (as needed) pain medicine when I knew I should have been able to get it. My requests were ignored.

I cannot really think of one recommendation or suggestion that would have made the visit any better. I'm so very grateful and appreciative of Doctor Murr and his staff.

All of the nurses and Physician assistants were very kind & patient with addressing my concerns & questions.

We had a great experience and much confidence in the dr we saw and who is performing the sugary.

Let the patient know when they are going to be waiting longer than an hour.

Staff had cancelled my post op appointment. I had called the office a week before appointment to confirm date and time. Appointment was confirmed. Upon arriving to check in we were told my appointment was cancelled. No explanation. So I had to wait 1.5 hours in a wheelchair before I was seen by Dr Murr.

This staff is awesome
