My visit was perfect!

Everything went very well. Nothing but positive comments to make.

I had a very good visit was very impressed with Kevin I had never seen him before and if he wasn't in Easley I would gladly see him again. But I have had very good care from the provider before she will be back for my next visit. I didn't have anything to complain about it was very good visit.

Better doctor

I was very impressed with Kevin and I appreciated the time he took to explain everything to me in terms I could understand. I would praise his caring attitude and his knowledge, and I am thankful to be a patient of this practice.

I was cared for treated respectfully graciously assisted when needed and thoroughly listened to by Kevin He was professional understanding and helpful in many ways . I was in a lot of pain that day . Kevin really was comforting and truly cared. Your team is excellent from in to out.

Would have appreciated more information what to expect after the cortisone injection and when to start what exercises.

This visit was great. He found another problem and has jumped right in. He is not only serious, he had a sense of humor and smiles a lot. This makes me laugh. He is so easy to talk to. From the front registration, nurse and Dr Kevin, they all did right by me. Thanks guys!

I'm very satisfied with the care provided by this team. I was treated with respect, kindness and I was able to be to get the help and the medication I needed. The Doctor was knowledgeable, caring and I felt so confident that I was in good hands. Thank you for an amazing Staff and amazing Doctors.

Great visit.

All of the staff from the person that checked me in, to the two nurses, Kevin Lokuwudge, to the checkout person all we're very professional, courteous, and very well trained. I am so happy to have Prisma in our community. They certainly take pride in what they do. I have total faith and appreciate their efforts.

Everything was fine

Receptionist could have stopped chatting with non patient and acknowledged my presence sooner. It was awkward and I did not feel welcomed. The receptionist should have refrained from saying the name of my street was stupid. Apparently the office was not able to access my CPAP machine download. Not the best visit but I needed supplies so hopefully I'll be able to get those soon.

We needed directions to get to the offices and we started calling the only number we had. NO ! Answer many times!! We never got an answer ! By the way my appointment was 10:45 and no ever give us any help. Wee ask the Dr and if we had the right number snd was said yes it was. When we got ready to leave there was 3 empty. A girl was going a door right across from the empty chairs and she said I guess they are at lunch and slammed the door. So we did not check out!

Pleased with visit. Kevin adjusted my humidity level online so I wouldn't have to do at home. Said to let know if any problems came up.

Have someone @ your facility help with C-PAP mask fitting instead of having to go somewhere else for proper fitting.

My care was excellent by Kevin and the staff that I interacted.
