Both the nurse and doctor said my name wrong. The nurse a bit less friendly about it. This is the second time she has done this. If you can't be careful enough to notice my name, how careful will you be with my care?

I can't think l of anything. This was a wonderful provider and staff very professional very knowledgeable with an attitude of customer service impatient first.d Carlson was kind. Patient explained things so that the senior lady could understand them answered my questions some of which I ask a couple of times, but I didn't understand. He took his time with me. He explained exactly what he was going to do and what the options would be after he got the results of my biopsy. I can't speak highly enough of this provider and his office a wonderful experience.

Every body was very professional and informative about what they were going to do.

The physician only offered more antibiotics and probiotics. I had already been taking antibiotics x 2 weeks prior to being referred to him. There was a minimal decrease is swelling. The pain slowly did come down, but still tender to touch. I thought he would want to schedule further tests. It is still hard as a rock at the jaw line.

As a new patient, a thorough exam of ENT would have been greatly beneficial. Dr. Carlson was very nice, although seemingly rushed. He did address the reason I was referred to him, but again, in my comments about what I wondered could be related, the response was not very informative and seemed rushed. I did follow up with a question about a medicine he suggested in discussing his proposed treatment because it wasn't clear to me if I needed a prescription. The response to my question was prompt and I was able to get the medication over the counter. All in all my experience was good.

Dr. Carlson was very busy, which made my wait a bit longer. It would be helpful to know that by communicating. He did apologize for the update I. The exam was quite thorough and helpful

Not sure how to answer that question, Everything was great. The doctor new exactly what I needed.

Can't really think of anything with the exception of the Hospital hiring more staff to answer the phones so we can quit having to leave messages all the time and wait for a call back.
