Nothing Nurse and Doctor both are respectful makes me feel comfortable

My work schedule and time off for appointments is very tight and if scheduled for the first appointment of the day (8 a.m.) and showing up at the requested time of 7:45 for checking in, i would prefer to not wait too long afterwards.

Nothing, my experience was fantastic and I look forward to continuing my healthcare with this team.

People are the front desk need to be trained better person could not read the information on the card and kept asking me for the name and the insurance information I continue to point the card to her to obtain the information, frontline people needs to know how to process patient, these people need to respect patient privacy not scream person confidential information out loud so the others can hear - this is not acceptable

I would just like to say the facility was simply gorgeous. It was very clean. It was very orderly. The improvements that I would like to see made is for there to be more personable service. It seemed more like a business than it seemed like a doctor's office. And I think a doctor's office needs to be more on the personal side, where it really is there to assist and help, not just get my money, give me some diagnosis, and send me on my way. Thank you.

I received excellent care while at the facility. The doctor, nurse and other professionals were kind, knowledgeable and caring. I am new to the area and needed a new health care. I am pleased with the Prism system so far and will get my husband registered soon.

Dr. Ryan seemed to downplay the severity of my symptoms without understanding how much it was affecting my daily life. He did prescribe the medication I needed but said it in a tone like he thought it wasn't necessary.

Nothing. My visit were like a "one-stop" shop. All my medical needs (Covid, Flu shots), blood work and CT scan were all performed timely in one visit. My first time at this new location and everyone were helpful, courteous and professional in their job. A rating of 1 to 10, definitely a 10.

I never got to see doctor Ryan, your nurse assistant was asking to many personal questions. I specifically asked to see a male doctor and the female nurse was all in my business. I felt so uncomfortable. Doctor Ryan never came out to see me, and I paid them in cash upfront and never got my money that same day, and still waiting

Dr. Kevin Ryan seems very professional and courteous. I look forward to having him as my primary care doctor. I would like to say that trying to call the front desk can be difficult. Especially if you are calling the appointment line and it goes to voice mail instead of speaking to a live person. I always have to go to your office to speak with reception. If I leave a message on my chart, it takes 48 hours to get an answer. So the phone issue is one area where service can be improved.

I have no additional comments on improvement. I really like my doctor and I hope he stays with the practice. My issue with Prisma has nothing to do with Dr. Ryan but the overall issue within the health system of revolving door of providers. I really hope this issue starts to go away since restarting your care with a new provider every few years is disruptive. Especially for those of is with chronic conditions that require monitoring. It seems to be a statewide issue but paints a poor picture about why practitioners come and go so much. I really like Dr. Ryan, he is knowledgeable, respectful and provides personal health goals instead of blanket, generic facts. I hope he stays but I'm never going to trust that again with Prisma.

Dr Ryan and his staff are exceptionally good. Dr Ryan is always quick to respond to my portal questions, which is most appreciated.
