Kerry Sims, MD, received her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and completed her residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. She provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care at her practice at 2MP, Suite 107, and serves as an attending physician in the labor and delivery and in the surgery units at Prisma Health Richland Hospital.
Dr. Sims previously served as Director of the OB/GYN Residency Program in 2014. She was named Vice Chair of Education for OB/GYN in 2020. Her areas of interest include gynecologic ultrasound, prenatal education, breastfeeding and resident education.

I had about a 30 minute wait. That's not awful, but it was less the last time that I saw her. I drive an hour to see her so even a long wait time will not deter me. She is kind and attentive.

Absolutely no complaints! Dr Sims saved me and my son's life and I am forever grateful for her quick action, knowledge and experience! Wonderful staff and amazing care throughout my pregnancy and afterwards. I would highly recommend.
