That doctor didnt help me at all yet I was charged for service. When I left I contacted MUSC do to the ussue and they are doing surgery asap yet this doctor wouldn't even listen to me and the health issue I have.

I did not receive preregistration update until day before my appointment. I actually had to call and request this. This entire "group" has a reputation for NOT answering the phone OR returning calls. Once you arrive you are treated well, but to try to follow-up on a referral for the initial appointment is frustrating. Perhaps a review of the referral process is in order. Dr. Vega is caring and professional. 5 stars

Directions to the facility would be easier to follow if the building number was included.

I really did not have enough time with the actual provider himself. And then the person at checkout was absolutely rude.

The Office visit was excellent. There was a problem that I got lost trying to find the office. There were many people who worked in the building, but they did not ask if they could help me find the place I was looking for. Finally, I asked someone as they entered the building and she was extremely helpful. The solution was in my phone. She told me to pull MyChart and I found the doctor and the building I was supposed to be at. I was at the wrong building. It was comically how easily I made the mistake. Even the doctor I was seeing, said he remembered me standing near the elevator, but he thought I was waiting on someone.

Receptionist needs to be more proficient in order to check in, in a timely fashion. Instead of having trouble finding your appointment.
