I just wanted to let you know that I really appreciate all your help God bless your staff

The check-in process and the front desk and receptionist staff are less than friendly. They make you feel uncomfortable and rushed and put on the spot when you come in. The whole entire check-in process could use like a whole 180. I love Dr. McClure . Nurse is fantastic. Front desk, especially the lady when you first walk in to the very left, she hollers very loudly. And I don't know, maybe she could do something about that.

Everything and everything was amazing

Nothing. Dr. McClure is wonderful as is every nurse I have ever had working with her. Dr. McClure put me on hormones and it has been life changing. I am forever grateful for her. She is a true blessing.

I wish you would consider having separate waiting rooms for OB and Gyn patients. As someone who has been dealing with infertility for 10+ years, the hardest part of a Gyn visit is sitting in the waiting room and seeing all the expectant moms and new moms and babies coming in. Since you have the space, it would be really nice if one side of the waiting room was for OB (or moms with kids) and one side was for Gyn :)

I have white coat syndrome,, badly. I was put at ease and reassured about my visit. Every one was extremely curious and helpful,, even those not directly involved with my visit. I see no room for improvement at this facility,, these guys are all fantastic.

I waited a long time to see the doctor. My appointment was at 10, got there 10 min before (~) and left at 11. AT 11!!! My time is valuable too. Please try to have this corrected. Thank you!

The office was running pretty behind and that's totally fine, it happens, just wish someone could have let me know during check in as I had to leave work for the appointment and was expected back much sooner

Front office staff was concerned about talking about the person on the phone. The registration asked if I wanted to pay on my a OB balance, Im not pregnant. Then when she realized she made a mistake she loudly said maybe I will be soon. Ive had a hysterectomy and recently a mastectomy....not something I care to hear.

Staff seemed careless.

Nothing. I had a fantastic experience. No woman wants to have her annual but Dr. McClure was funny and made me comfortable. Only thing that could be better was I change my clothes at lightening speed. I don't need 10 minutes to change. So come on in and let's get this over with.

The stuff went above and beyond expectations. I had a trip booked out of the country for the next 6 weeks and I needed ultrasound after my annual. They made sure to fit me in within the same day for ultrasound and the results. Thank you so much!

I've had such a great experience with Dr. Kelly. She's not only professional but also so caring and down-to-earth. I really appreciated how she made me feel heard and supported at every step. So grateful for her care!
