Provide a wheelchair with staff operated all the way out to the patient's vehicle if you need the seatbelts to keep them in the wheelchair, which I don't think is reasonable, but that would be a greatly help, you know, especially if they're trying to walk on a walking cane trying to get to the vehicle and got a bad knee. You know, a wheelchair would really make things nice. Thank you.

I trust Dr. Drake Lavell, he has always listened to me, provided detailed explanations that I can understand and been willing to go the extra mile if needed. I'm so thankful that he's just around the corner and that the scheduling is always willing to work with my schedule. Thank you thank you.

Appointment was a positive experience plus was told to contact doctor in 7 to 10 if I felt I needed to be seen again regarding one shoulder.

Everyone was very respectful and went out of their way to help me in the building because it was very difficult for me to walk so I was assisted in a wheelchair and was seen to my car in the wheelchair I was very pleased with the whole appointment so thank you very much

Provide wheelchair back to car to avoid hobbling, could hardly walk with my knee hurting. Dr Drake NOT TALKIING SO FAST I COULDN'T PROCESS WHAT HE WAS SAYING. I FELT like he was on a clock with a certain amount of time to treat diagnosi prescribe and leave. No time for me to think, process or ask questions about why my knee was in this fix, I didn't fall, didn't kneal on sharp object. Otherwise good dr

I called for an appointment with podiatrist and it was two months away. I saw MD and he referred me to same podiatrist in two weeks!!

My support and treatment gave me much relief from pain and diagnosed corrrectly! No improvement needed!

I tried to mention another problem about left shoulder but he shrugged it off.

I can't think of anything. The front desk and check out ladies were courteous and efficient. The x-ray technician was polite. Dr. Kelan- Drake was pragmatic and respectful. He relayed the findings in a straight forward manner of which I appreciated greatly.

I wish I could've had my foot scheduled to be fixed when I was in the office, instead of waiting to come back in two weeks to see how it looks and then decide what could be done.

My visit was very thorough and comprehensive. All my options were explained in detail. It was the best I could hope for.

Had over an hour wait for appointment, but did not feel rushed when it was my turn!

I was very pleased with everything. They are so wonderful there. The doctor that I previously had there moved out of country and this was the first time I had seen my new doctor. He was wonderful and listen carefully about all my concerns and went over any options. He even offered a possible temporary solution to what he might could do that day if I wanted to try that. They were all great!

I walked to the right to get checked in and had to go back to the exam room. A lot of walking with a gimp foot.
