Kayley Epting is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with Prisma Health specializing in internal medicine. A South Carolina native, she was born and raised in the Florence area and earned her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of South Carolina. After gaining clinical experience as a bedside nurse, she pursued her master’s degree at Anderson University, where she completed her training as a family nurse practitioner.
Kayley provides comprehensive care for adult patients, with a focus on preventive medicine, early diagnosis, and management of chronic conditions. Her clinical expertise includes the treatment of common conditions such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes, as well as routine wellness care and health screenings. She is dedicated to helping patients understand their health and develop personalized care plans that align with their individual goals and improve overall quality of life.
Outside of work, Kayley enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and dogs, especially near the river or the beach.

Everyone was perfect. I trust them. They were very supportive. I just, I mean, the feedback, I mean, they're very professional. I wouldn't give any bad feedback at all for them. They're great. Kayley is wonderful. Awesome. The nurse, the new nurse, very awesome.

Saluda location was awesome. I had got a run around before coming there and was overwhelmed but I felt relieved after leaving that practice.

As a new patient establishing a new PCP, I received excellent care and have no further concerns! Keep up the great work!! I was very impressed with the quality of care and how there was no extended wait time for the NP or to be called back.

Maybe start examining the patient instead of just asking questions and reading the documentation. I don't feel a need to come into the office. I can do a virtual visit and get the same results.

Per EPIC the nurse thought I was there for hip pain rather than a regular checkup. I had made an appt for my hip pain with an ortho within Prisma not this physician
