Honestly, everything about my visit was perfect!

When scheduling for both a cardio and follow up appointment with the primary doctor, It'd be nice if the computers worked together to schedule an appointment on the same day back to back (if requested). When the patient tries to place both appointments, it's next to impossible to schedule one after the other.

Dr. LaFaver is a knowledgeable, compassionate and caring physician.

I do not know of any improvements, I look forward to my appointments. Dr. Lafaver is concerned about my health, she gives me all the information for other stuff I need to get done. She is the BEST, I like her a lot!!! And I appreciate her.

It was a first visit. Everyone seemed helpful so far.

Go back to the old system where the doctor or their nurse took the patient to the lab were wait times great not your new system where the patient waits in the lobby for more than 30 minutes and is still not seen.

Improvements could be made for those entering the building in a wheelchair. The buttons are not accessible from outside.

Greet or say hello upon approaching check in desk. Stood there in silence for a while, even though there were several staff working.

Everyone was very nice. I feel I was well taken care of. I will continue to go to Dr. Lafaver.

My doctor helped me out by providing me with pain medication, so I can sleep. She answered my questions and made sure I was ok.

I would like a more holistic approach to treatment rather than forced to submit to taking medication daily.

I was very satisfied with my new Dr. She listened to me, and was very friendly, and she seemed to care about my issues.

As far as I'm concerned no improvement's are needed. This was my second visit to a Prisma office this week (Ortho was the other one) and I can honestly say the staff at every Prisma facility I've been in has the friendliest and most helpful employees. As for Dr. LaFaver, I can't say enough good about her. She is a wonderful doctor.

The dark haired woman at the front desk is always rude and very difficult. Every time I am there for an appointment I dread having her check me in. Thankfully the younger man checked me out. Dr. Lafaver is always professional and so caring about my health. I am so lucky to have her as my PCP.

This is The Best healthcare I have received in decades!! Dr LaFaver and her staff - as well as X-ray and phlebotomy staff - is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and caring.

I always feel intimidated when I go to the doctor. Dr. LavFer was very nice and extremely helpful. I'm going to recommend my daughter to come and see her as she has no primary care physician. Dr. LaFaver made me feel comfortable. She explains things to that I could not understand that are going on with my health.

Both Dr. LaFaver and her nurse were both professional yet personable.

Dr LaFaver is just terrific. The staff is friendly, cheerful, and skilled. I barely felt my vaccinations, and the phlebotomist is The Best. My veins roll, and she was successful on her first try.

Model all of your doctors offices after this one. Out of the three offices I go to, this one is the most professional and efficient!

We should strive to give early appointments for people needing labs as they could be NPO like cholesterol check or Blood sugar. This should be communicated to patients before coming to the check up.

It's all good...

I had to first book a type of "Get to know you" appointment with Dr. LaFaver before I was allowed to schedule my annual physical with her. I wanted the soonest appointment as possible, and when I called I was told another doctor would be able to meet with me sooner for that initial appointment, but if I took that appointment with the other doctor, I had to meet with him for the annual physical... I was told I would not be able to see Dr. LaFaver. My whole purpose in moving to Prisma was to be seen by Dr. LaFaver. I had to wait several months before I could get in to see her. The wait was worth it... I was very impressed with her knowledge and sincerity to learn about my medical history. I still don't understand why if some other doctor met with me to confirm my history, why I would be denied the ability to meet with Dr. LaFaver afterward. Makes no sense at all.

I can't think of a single way to improve period. This is without a doubt the best doctor and care facility I've used in 10 years or more. I'm so glad you're there.

I don't think you could have. I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit and meeting Dr. Lafaver. I felt heard and seen yesterday for the first time since I left my pediatrician back home. She gave me a peace about coming to her practice and I am glad I made the switch to her office.

This was my first appointment with Dr. LaFaver. The experience was excellent, and I am so glad I asked Dr. LaFaver to be my physician. She is very approachable, confident, knowledgeable, and receptive to my concerns. I don't think it could of gone any better. It was very important to me that my primary care was provided by a physician who is board certified.
