I'm currently looking into another provider. The availability to reschedule the appointment if needed is over a year away!

Have more providers and support staff so that communication with and timely appointments for this practice make interacting with this office more reasonable. The folks that are there though do a great job.

We had a wonderful experience at Dr. Keck's practice from start to finish, and I'm so sorry for the first question I was asked, I pushed one, which is no, and I meant to push four, which was yes. Strongly agree that we got an appointment when we needed one. So I'm sorry, I just wanted to make notes so you could document my experience properly, despite my mistake. Sorry about that.

a child friendly waiting area would be nice to include some wipeable books or toys while they wait. Maybe add some animal pictures or educational charts on the wall? Something colorful or engaging for the kids to distract from the wait time. Very dull and univiting for a pediatric ophthalmology office. Doctor Keck is great. The staff that does the 1st exam prior to the doctors assessment changes over often and we never see the same person twice. Most of them seem unexperienced or possibly students in training which is fine - just not super confident in their knowledge or exams.

Better time management. For an 8 am appointment it should not take as long as it did. Understaffed. Not friendly receptionist. Overall not impressed.

Hi. One of the things I'd recommend is the call center and calling about appointments and talking about wait lists. They can explain that a little bit more without being rude. I wish I got that young lady's name because the second lady was amazing. But when I asked her about a wait list, she was like, yes, you can go on it. And I was still like, oh, what number would I be still? I don't know. So it's just how it was, the information was given, and the compassion that indicated could have been there knowing the situation after I discussed it with her. That's all. Other than that, your team is amazing. Thanks.
