I'm sorry. I'm very, they're very good people. And I'm very impressed with everybody that worked there. They are such friendly. And I have been going there about 15 years, so I am very satisfied with the treatment I'm getting and where I'm going. Thank you.

Nothing. Really enjoy my doctor and nurse. Satisfied that i can choose to say no to something I dont want to do right now. And Satisfied that my dr listened and respected that.

I can't think of anything. When I go there I am always treated respectfully, the wait time is never long. The ladies at the front desk are always very nice. The nurses are always nice and efficient. And I just love Kathryn Wilkie she listens to what I say and she takes care of everything. I love Powdersville Family Medicine on Roe Road, in Powdersville.

The person in the lab that drew my blood ripped her glove in her finger and they looked like they had been worn before I came in there. She could have put new gloves on to protect me and her.

I'm waiting for my lab work and my urine test for 20 to 30 minutes. In that particular time no one acknowledge me as I open the door as well but the room I was in and still didn't get any assistance with that. I don't know if it was a short staff issue or what. This is the first time I've ever had this to occur at this office.

This office and staff seem to work very well as a team. I feel comfortable being seen here. It is always clean and staff is caring. On a different note there are two things that I would like to bring to your attention. The waiting area needs to be updated to make waiting more pleasant. Secondly, I understand our current weather conditions, however, the parking lot and landscaping is trashy! Maintenance is an issue! Curbing is never blown, walking in the front door is unkempt, leaves, etc. come in as you open the front door. Thank you for reading.

I don't even know if this is something you do on your end. I have an appointment with the diabetes educator. I asked if my insurance would cover with appointment as long as I paid my copay. She didn't know. She told me to call my insurance company. I'm not mad about it. It may not be the responsibility of the office.
