Welcome and Checkout Throughout my visit, the team's commitment to patient care stood out-whether greeting me on arrival or assisting with the checkout procedures. Their friendliness and thoroughness made the entire experience seamless and reassuring.

I experienced the same uncomfortable feeling with the nurse on my last visit- almost a year ago. I'm sure she knows her job, and does it well, but I feel like she definitely lacks in the personable field. This is the one and only nurse that I have experienced this with on more than one occasion. I don't believe she is just having a bad day. I am not so confident that she enjoys working with people. This surprises me that there is such a difference between my provider and her nurse. Ms. Sheppard is as friendly as can be, but I wish I could say the same about her nurse. She definitely does not put me at ease. I wish she would be given some constructive criticism on how she treats/greets patients. Not everyone is comfortable coming into a doctor's office, and I'm sure a little bit of kindness would go a long way.
