After repeated calls, never called in my prescriptions at the drugstore. Five days after seeing the doctor, I still have no medication. I see no reason to ever come back.

Shorter wait time

I had an excellent experience with my doctor. She was professional, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to listen to me. Her expertise and skill were evident throughout the entire process. The procedure was done with great care-the incision was well approximated, with no redness, and only expected swelling. Beyond her medical skill, she was kind, personable, and made me feel comfortable and respected. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing this type of procedure. She is outstanding in both her care and expertise.

Provide more information about the risk and preparation for the procedure. I live solo, do I need to have a driver, and/or is transportation provided? The length (time) of the procedure. Since I am a community referral from the VA. Can you issue glasses and or recommend more follow-up procedures? Good reading classes and effective OTC eye drops have been a problem. Thank you.

The office should contact the patient when there is a delay in follow up care due to a lack of response from the insurance company. OR, continue to follow up with the insurance company to get a response. The problem with the office is the same problem that myself and countless others have seen over and over again with most medical practices these days. Phone calls to the office are not returned in a timely manner, if at all. In my situation, I had to make an appointment with the doctor, in order to get the office to follow up with the insurance company to precertify a scan, which the nurse did, once I was in the room waiting for the doctor. Since this was supposed to be a one month later follow up visit for after the scan, there was nothing new to discuss with the doctor, so the doctor told me to come back in another month after the scan. I like the doctor that I saw, and feel she gives me good care. It's unfortunate that I had to pay $50 to walk in and give the nurse a fax number to get them to follow up with my insurance company.

Yes, in the future, the doctor needs to speak with the patient and tell him exactly what she's finding and what's going on. I never received what my diagnosis was. So I think that would be pertinent in the future.

Listen to your patient! I have never felt so belittled and patronized by a medical provider. I never saw the dtr, my concerns for my eye health were dismissed. I had an appointment with a ophthalmologist not the nurse and PA!

My physician is absolutely the most incredible I've ever experienced. Lucky to have her !

The doctor's staff has always been respectful, kind, professional but mainly patient with me. I cannot think of anything that could make it any better

There's nothing I can add. I was treated very well. Everyone was very cutious and respectful. Very knowledgeable.

When making the appointment, I specifically asked if Dr Albrecht performed a particular procedure and was told "Yes". Only to find out,during the appointment, that she does not. If staff don't know, need to find out before giving inaccurate information.

Explain to me in head of time what i need do by prepping my self up Before i have a procedure and to go over my medication what i need to take before i have a procedure also . Because i have different kinds of medications that i take.

Everyone, everything was perfect. Nurses and all staff were very helpful and a pleasure to be around. While waiting one if the drs was talking about food and i was starving-made the morning pleasant.

No one washed their hands in the room. May have used foam outside of the room. I never had a bruise or bleeding after procedure until this MD. I have had bruising every time with this MD.

Since I had no problems, there is nothing I could say.

After my appointment at checkout, the doctor had came back out and realized that they had charted the wrong chart, which was really awkward because I was really confused to why she said my eyesight was better than the time I had seen her before because I don't recall ever seeing her. And that was somewhat confusing to me because now I don't know what's going on with my eyes other than I'm supposed to get a mole removed. But I'm just confused because there was things that weren't very clear to me.

Physician did an excellent job explaining the procedure & answering questions. I did not feel rushed for which I was very grateful.

Make sure the devices and high patches are cleaned before each patient did not notice that to happen in my visit thank you

Excellent service

I live over an hour away. I have had to have 3 appointments that I feel could of been done in one. It doesn't seem like office staff communicate with each other.

Everyone and the facility was very polite, pleasant, and the experience was above expectations. Parking is horrible

The paper towels were out. They used hand sanitizer instead of washing their hands. How long does it take to replace paper towels? The appointment lasted two hours. I waited 45 minutes to see the doctor.

My experience with Prisma has been exceptional. Since none of my doctors are affiliated with Prisma, I didn't know what to expect. It was beyond my expectations.

Got a care sheet afterwards, got nothing but some paperwork.explained aftercare if not going to give any paperwork.

The doctor did not greet me personally. The nurse did all of the discussion with me. Also, written post operation instructions would have been helpful. ..

The wait time for your appointment. We sat in the waiting for over an hour before we were called back. Don't double and/or triple book appointment times.

Dr. Albrecht and the Ophtalmology Technician were outstanding, very professional and efficient. I highly recommend this practice to anyone thin need of their specialized Nuero-Ophthalmology Services

I was very impressed with the cleanesss of the office, the efficiency of the staff, and the wonderful care I received. Although it's taken longer than I expected to heal my issue, I know that the doctor is doing everything in her power to speed up the healing process. The length of time between onset of infection and referral to her, is what prevented quicker healing. I have 100% faith she can do that. If I wasn't satisfied with the care I'm receiving, I wouldn't return.

Was very satisfied with the service

Dr has NO personality. Did not speak when she came in and sat down at the computer I told her my prior Dr had sent my info including where she did the injections, she said I don't see it but I will do it the way I do. She did NOT wipe the area with alcohol just started the injections, Some were VERY painful. I am on blood thinner so some of the spots bled she wiped them with paper towels very rough, she finished and walked out only saying the exit is that way. I wiil NOT go to her again and think you should get rid of her

None. Facility very pleasant and clean. This was my first visit with Dr Albrecht, so she had not had time to review m medical records. But she was able to ascertain my current issue with no problem. Very impressed by her and her staff.

Dr. Albrecht and her team have earned my complete trust in my care through their medical excellence and their bedside manner.
