Absolutely nothing. This was one of my most thorough examinations in years. Ms. Whaley asked many times if there was anything else she could do for me and did address several other concerns much to my relief.

I was extremely happy with the nurse and doctor. They answered all my questions and treated me with respect. I have been able to get appointments as needed also.

I don't know if this is the right place to do this or not, but there's no way that I can see that they could improve anything. They was perfect, courteous, knowledgeable, and honestly, I could talk to them about anything, you know, as far as my health goes. I definitely love going to the doctor there because they are easy to deal with and easy to get along.

To be able to pay my balance on my account while I was at the office. Or to at least get the address to mail it in. Not everybody has a credit or debit card to pay for stuff online. I'm still waiting on an answer from somebody thru my chart to send me an address to pay my account.

I can't think of anything at this moment. Dr Whaley and the staff at Prisma Vonore are excellent at what they do. Keep up the good work!

I am cautiously optimistic that Katherine may be the PA for me...this is NOT on her, it is from previous bad experiences with OTHER providers. (I did explain this to her) I am at least willing to give her another try and will follow up with her as per her instructions. She seemed very thorough and asked good medical questions unlike others.

This was my first visit to this facility and with Katherine Whaley. I was very pleased with the attention to my care. All nurses were also very attentive and caring.

I can't think of anything Dr. Whaley or the nurses and staff could have done any better!

Very emotional and tired due to mother recent dx and there w ongoing finger infection and broke down and cried out of nowhere. She provided resources and support on very first visit.

That was by accident. I was treated with respect.
