I think we are so driven with communicating via text and email that we forget to call patients to discuss new information. Ex. medication that may be prescribed and see if the patient has any questions or concerns.

This was the first time meeting Katelyn Webb. She seemed easy to talk to and responded with answers. I need more visits with her to answer the question but I was happy with my visit

I received support, care, and concern for targeting and solving ongoing health issues that I have endured for the last year. There are not enough accolades to adequately express how grateful I am to feel like myself in my own body again. I needed someone to listen and hear my issues and offer working solutions; and I found it in Katelyn Webb, FNP and the support team from check-in to check-out; getting ready to see the my provider or having labs drawn. I feel truly blessed to have such wonderful people in my life.

The N P did not give me a physical . The R N did and she was very nice and professional . All the N P did was enter the exam room for about one minute review my prescription s And made a comment that Primary care should never prescribe tramadol . The past 2 Doctors I've seen over the past 20 years on regular appointments did prescribe Tramadol for arthritis in my hands and shoulders . I guess N P knows more then a M D .

We need a permanent doctor at this facility

It would have been good to know the provider was available in the future, I do understand that you are going through staff changes however.

Get a medical doctor & some PAs and NPs ....save the ole ship Palmetto Medical....don't let it sink : ))

The NP could have acted like I wasn't a nuisance for being there.

My family and I all saw the same Doctor until she left the practice and gave her patients to her NP. However, that NP left the office a month later and no one in my household (5 of us) never received a letter explaining we had to find a NEW doctor! This past visit was for a medication adjustment, however, throwing myself and my family out without a doctor is incredibly irresponsible on Prisma's end. I was told I could "wait it out" and schedule a new doctor, at that location, after the new year!?!

Was told no next year physical could be made because of looking for providers. My confidence is pretty shakey in not knowing if I need to search for another family doctor.

Have more knowledge of patient illness and concerns. I got very ill after visit... no prescription administered for conditions. I had to wait another week before any medication got refilled. Sure some conditions was abnormal but no reason deny treatment for existing issues that was going on and had to wait a week before getting treatment. Then I had to call before anything was done about my prescriptions and existing problems. This is unfair and uncaused for. Have more consideration for patient health not making it personal.

See your patient and don't forget about them .....never was seen by provider

Not to forget I was waiting to go get labs done.

In my opinion I would love the nurse or physician to call or message in my chart your results, explain like they use to. But other than that Mrs. Webb and the staff were great!!
