Can not think of anything more the nurse could have done! She told me that she saw it asher job, to stay on top of my wee being!

Nothing every thing and everyone was fine at helping me

Two people at registration and one person at check out.

Everyone was so nice to me, especially my doctor and the nurses was real good. My doctor told me that if I needed her any time, all I had to do was call. And most doctors don't tell you that, but she did. She was so nice to me. And I sure do appreciate it.

Can't think of anything as I am always treated well and respectfully! Also always asked if I have any questions or concerns. I also know if I do have questions at any time, I can send a message on My Chart and it will be answered timely! I would proudly refer any and all of my friends with cancer to Dr. Dyehouse and the cancer center!

There is nothing to improve at Prisma Cancer Center. Dr. Dyehouse and her staff are just what I need for my cancer care.

Very unorganized. I waited 25 minutes while nurse on break , together. . To get blood work .

You can offer more integrative holistic therapies and treatments along with conventional treatments.

The lady that took care of me during my breast exam scan very nice didn't hurt me didn't cause any problems whatsoever. We were laughing and talking, and I didn't even realize she was finished because usually when I go to get it done, they match too hard with the machine, but she was very pleasant and very nice and I would go back there and get it done with no problem. Very nice place.

She was extremely caring and listen well during a challenging health time.

It's too easy to hear between treatment rooms

All my questions were answered! The nurses even asked me about things that wasn't on "my chart"

I can't think of anything, all was good.

I guess one can't do much about the fellow patients around one that in some cases were loud in their political opinions and conversations. Reminding them that there are a variety of people of different backgrounds and beliefs would be helpful as well as that some patients may not appreciate loud conversations in a hospital setting would be appropriated.

The staff, from Dr Dyehouse to the receptionist are all incredible. We are so fortunate to have this wonderful facility in Seneca.

Had a 1 hour wait past appointment time. Making patients wait for unreasonable times, needs to be improved. Did not feel valued as a patient.

I get 100% care at every visit at the Cancer Center. They are the nicest people at every visit. I feel the Infusion area needs a couple more people. This area is always full. The people in this department work so hard and are the greatest!!!

None! Dr. Dyehouse and the entire team at the Cancer Institute are incredible. They all are so caring and considerate. We are fortunate to be under their care. If you have to have cancer, then you want them taking care of you.

There is absolutely nothing to improve at Prisma! Everyone goes over and beyond the call of duty that makes me look forward to going to the Cancer Center. Four years of the best staff and care possible. LOVE THEM. Blessed to have them in my life.

Very pleasant office visit. Dr Dyehouse is a great Doctor and her office staff was personable and caring.

Everyone in the office treated me with utmost respect and provided excellent care. The only issue I have is being physically examined without changing into a gown. I feel as though that is an important part of care affording more attention and consideration for respect and privacy . Thank you

Everyone lab tech, nurses and doctor were extremely great. All showed concern and were very friendly. I have been coming annually for more than twenty years and have nothing but the highest praises for this staff and facility.

Waited over an hour in the office before the Dr saw me. Too many patients for the Dr. or are there always emergencies??

Give me specific instructions about how to treat my liver issue. I was told I could not get immuno until the liver enzymes lowered but I have no idea what I need to do in the meantime. I am confused about next steps.

On blood test results, there were 2 levels that were slightly high. Would have appreciated these noted during my visit. Otherwise wonderful, caring experience.

My lab appointment was 12:15 and the doctor's appointment was 1:00 this is too much time in between. 12:15 and 12:45 would have been good.
