I suffer from three strokes, a brain aneurysm, and my kidney is falling. So I told the nurses in the emergency room that I have very small veins, and they need to use an ultrasound for my veins, to find my veins. And they did not use ultrasound at all. And that's very uncomfortable being poked three times and they couldn't draw my blood.

Actually CLEAN YOUR FACILITY. NOT CLEAN AT IT. YOUR FACILITY NEEDS A DEEP CLEANING. DEEP CLEANING. WALLS, FLOORS, CHAIRS UPDATE. JUST PRESSURE WASH EVERYTHING. I have been a patient at family practice for over 35 years so, I have seen the difference I carry my clorax wipes to wipe down my chairs before I sit. Sick people have germs and spread germs.

Im in a position to where I can't always pay a fee. Some days I have to decide between buying food r paying bills. I do my best i dont get enough funds. Some days I go to bed hungry r not eat n the little i do have is enough for junk food. With my health i don't know what else to do. I do know I stress about my bills, how im going to eat among other things. In all Prisma is doing a great job. Thank u
