I wish the dr would have listened to me when I asked her to explain without using big medical words. I had no clue what she was talking about nor do I know what the future treatment plan is. The dr told me that the nurse would be in to fit for compression stockings but the nurse never came in. The dr came back about 20 mins later and said the nurses went out for a birthday lunch. The dr showed me to the checkout. It was a big mess with me trying to get the compression stockings because the nurses that were still there wasn't my dr's nurses. One nurse did try to help but couldn't find my measurements, didn't know if the compression stockings were supposed to be knee high or thigh high. I will be looking for a different vein dr. I will not be coming back to this dr. I didn't like the way the dr talked to me. I didn't like that the nurses left before checking on me. I have no clue what the plan moving forward is. I was overall disappointed with this situation.

Offers appointments sooner than waiting for appointment for 9 months. A cancellation list might be helpfull.

Dr and staff were fantastic! Hand sanitizer in lobby was broke, which has nothing to do with my Dr or her staff! Kara was fantastic!
