I not only had a great experience with Dr Goodman but she is a wonderful person and surgeon as well. I'm glad she was there to help me out when I needed her. Would recommend her to anyone else who needs help.

There isn't! From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, you are treated so kind and it's like visiting family. Dr. Goodman and her staff is the best I've ever seen and had.

Honestly, keep doing what you're doing!! I have never had such a great experience visiting a healthcare provider before. Everything was clean and organized, every single person on staff was friendly and helpful and my doctor listened to all of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable with my issue.

I'm not sure why it's so hard to access my previous medical scans but would have been nice if that information would have better access prior to my appointment

No other ways. All my needs were met and both staff and provider were fantastic!

I was already raw and inflamed. It was painful and sore. Injection's in that area were torture. Temporary pain control should be an option. Cold spray and numbing crème are a horrible choice to an area that was already inflamed and raw.

Yes, I feel like the doctor got irritated with me because what I was there for, she didn't really understand. But my doctor, my UTI doctor that was upstairs is the one that referred me to them, which should have been the URO gynecologist. So I would like to apologize to her for that. Okay.

I believe the provider is a good provider, but she didn't really have time to do enough assessment. I think she had scheduled too many appointments. So, you know, seeing somebody for 15 minutes, you know, you feel like you get your tires rotated or your oil changed and they spend more time with you.

This visit exceeded my expectations in being able to be seen within 24hrs, check in time just a few minutes without having to fill out forms with redundant information, wait time to see the doctor was less than 10 min, the doctor was kind, knowledgable, empathetic, patient and I left there with clear expectation of how my condition should progress and options available.

She was very supportive. Gave me great information about my condition. Also told me before making a decision I could get a second opinion. she gave me the upmost respect, and I truly trusted her.

Yes, I left my visit discouraged to a certain point because I really did not get any answers regarding my symptoms and I expected her to say with what you are describing to me and with my experience, this is going to probably be one of three things and I just didn't I just left with no answers, so anyway, thank you, and I'll have my colonoscopy, and otherwise, I am fine, thanks.

None - the doctor told me everything I needed to know. She also passed it on to the referring doctor for his analysis. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

My provider is beyond standard, super intelligent, extremely respectful, cover all issues relative to my needs, additionally explained issues current to others with similar concerns. Yes, she drove the conversation relevant and thoroughly.
