Joshua Thomas Tucker, PA

1st time with PA, unusual that Summary & Clinical notes aren't updated yet as my Primary Dr has them by end of visit/day. But he was a good PA.

No improvement needed-

Everything was fine as it was

Dr. Tucker is through and takes time to listen to my health concerns.

An interpreter should have been requested the moment my name came up in the system. It is not my responsibility to make sure communication is provided. VRI is not an accommodation when it isn't effective and becomes a legal liability.

The providers that have taken care of me are true professionals and I'm glad for their care.

Josh is always detailed oriented, and we discuss all pertinent issues concerning my health.

I can't think of a thing.! ...I used to handle insurance claims and claimants treated me like I was the one I had to help....When we patients have to wait we must realize we're not their only patient!!!

I don't think there is any way to improve the visit that I had on that day. I had a procedure to have a place on my shoulder removed and everyone took care of me quickly and sterile and everything was perfect. One of the best visits I've had.

Josh Tucker should be a role model for Prisma Health. He is knowledgeable, professional, caring and thorough. He is an excellent caregiver and provides information on all treatment options available.

I felt completely supported and understood regarding my recent issues, and Josh addressed them appropriately knowing how important it was to me. He listened and even spent extra time with me to insure that everything was covered, and questions were getting answered. Looking forward to getting better, and appreciate his help with this.

Appearance of the nurses. Almost every nurse had a bull nose ring. I understand that fashion has changed, but it's not the feeling I want going into a medical facility.

Joshua and staff are fine professionals and their care unmatched. The Xray technician was personal and kind while showing me how to position my hands for accuracy. The environment provided was calming with soothing music complimented with artistic paintings. I am a fortunate patient of Joshua and Riverside Fam Prac.
