It was noted on my notes that I am non-binary which was acknowledged by the end of my visit however I'd appreciate it being noted before being spoken to and incorrectly being called "ma'am"

I don't know of any way that it could have been improved. Everyone was very helpful and very courteous and it was a pleasant experience.

The treatment was great. My initial call requesting information was not the best, and ended up at the Hillcrest office as a walk-in, which is not accepted. My experience would have been much better if I would have been told that I had to go to a specific clinic and a certain time.

Too much to elaborate

I appreciated my Dr. explaining what I should do and discussing options

I didn't appreciate the nurses asking about people's conditions in the lobby in front of everyone.

Dr Anderson very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about future treatment.

We talked freely and I was in and out in timely manner. I aooreciate so mush his care for me!

If mostly all doctors were like the last position that I had. I believe more patients would be more willing to go and actually see a doctor instead of just being on a 30 second analysis of the real problem.
