Dr Maurer is wonderful with my daughter. They have an easy rapport and my daughter trusts him and actually enjoys it when we have to go visit him.

Dr. Maurer is wonderful. I have no complaints. He definitely knows what he's doing and I highly recommend him.

I did not like how hard the nurse administered our daughter's vaccinations- pushing too hard.

We had a wonderful experience at this pediatric urgent care. Registration was quick and easy, the nurse was fantastic, and the provider was a great listener who took our concerns seriously. We felt heard, respected, and well cared for. Highly recommend!

My experience at the facility was excellent. The doctors and nurses were courteous. I never felt as if no one was not listening. The response that we got was always helpful, and I felt confident in what the doctors were telling me. So I had a great experience. And this is from a doctor who's never met my child before. So great, wonderful.

We have truly enjoyed having Dr. Maurer as our children's pediatrician. He is knowledgeable, confident, and always makes us feel at ease as parents of two young kids. He takes time to answer all of our questions and gives us all the information we need to make the best decisions for our children. We feel very lucky to have him here in Travelers Rest!

Honestly, the doctor and nurses great. I did forget to get a doctors note and I was hoping to be able to go online and shoot somebody a message but that wasn't an option. That would be my only suggestion.

The front desk did not have much information about the services provided at this clinic when I called.

You can't. I will drive an hour to be seen my Dr Maurer. My kids trust him and love him.

The last few times we have came several family will go in front of us. After coming in after us. There is no reason to be waiting 20/30 mins when other people are coming straight in.

We love Dr Joe. Both of my children feel very comfortable with him. This visit involved freezing a wart on my son, and he was kind and compassionate while also being honest and forthright about what we should expect.
