clinic patient exam rooms need improvement. They are woefully inhospitable.

Everything was OK

Everything was fine. This was my first appointment ever, with Dr.Henderson. He made me feel at ease from the start and seemed to know about my health issues from my previous cardiologist's assessments.

Service was quick and great. Nothing could have been better.

Care was great

I was treated great by everyone I have no complaints and I am happy with my Dr. and staff

I found out the next day after my appointment that the heart exam the nurse did on me was ABNORMAL. The doctor didn't mention anything about it. This appt was a waste of my time and money. Why wasn't I told what was going on and what I could do. Dr Henderson did increase my med from half to whole, but this was based on my fluctuation diary that I showed. I made this appt out of concern because I was leaving town for a few days. I am just wholeheartly disappointed.

Congrats on a great job

We are very pleased with Dr.Henderson and his care for my husband in trying to get his BP under control. We felt well taken care of.

Advised to be in facility at 2:00; however appt actually 2:30. I arrived about 1:40 and waited for 1 3/4 hrs for appt so not very respectful.

I was happy with my visit. Dr. Henderson is an outstanding cardiologist.

There is nothing this physicians could have done to make them. Present a perfect first visit after my long time physician retired. My thanks to Dr Henderson for taking me on his patient.

Dr Henderson has been my cardiologist for more than 20 years. I have complete confidence in his knowledge and experience. He always answers my questions and explains his directions clearly. He has a warm and caring personality and i never feel rushed when I have an appointment. Prisma is fortunate to have him on staff.

I think my husband needs to have his heart for blockage. But the Dr didn't think so. See next year

I could have been told my options and what they might cost before I agreed to things that I didn't know were going to cost a very large amount of money out of pocket. I should have been advised of that before I moved forward.

When I checked in the lady was sitting at a back desk and asked me personal questions so that everyone in the room could hear what she asked me and what I had to respond back to her. I did not appreciate this as my personal business my date of birth my name should not have been Spoken out loud to everyone in the room she should've gotten out of her chair come to the front where I was and then asked the questions.

When having an episode, it would be helpful to have an appointment before the 6 weeks I waited.
