Coming to Prisma and meeting Dr. Lokey and his staff and all the assorted staff for check-in and everything else was so smooth and everyone was so nice, so professional, friendly, on top of things, I can't see any way it could have been improved. I appreciate y'all and I thank you very much. Goodbye.

This was my first time at this facility and I walked away completely impressed by the genuine care and overall professionalism of everyone I came in contact with.

Dr. Lokey provided excellent care as always. Couldn't expect anyone to do any better.

I had to wait one and 1/2 hours in the room before the doctor came in. I understand there was a power outage earlier in the day and he was playing catch up but someone should have told me.

I requested a copy of my test results but they forgot to give me.

Be ontime for the appointment. Dr. LOKEY was wonderful, but showed up in the exam room 35 minutes past appointment time. Dr. Lokey was incredible and seems to be a fantastic doctor, but timeliness is a big deal for me.

With the care team I had, everyone was exceptional. I have absolutely no complaints. I would highly recommend Dr. Lokey and his staff to anyone in need of the kind of care provided by them.
