Trust and respect was good but I feel like he could've offered more information

My visit was great. Everyone was very friendly, and I'm grateful for the evidence-based care that Dr. Bailey provides. Thank you!

I had a wonderful visit

To be honest, everything went beautifully. I've actually referred this practice to at least 6 people that I know

I was new to the office and the practice and would've a little more "welcome to the practice"- "we're so glad you're here"- "let me personally show you around" - "you'll find this here and that there" kind of TLC. I saw several other patients during my time there and they were treated like family - so I feel my experience will grow as my time there grows - but I was extremely anxious and nervous as a new patient. It would've been really nice to have gotten a little extra love. Said all that to say, everyone was nice and professional and courteous - going "the extra mile" would've been nice - but it in no way would prevent me in recommending anyone to this practice! :o)

I have repeatedly messaged Dr Bailey about an important email I need from him and other questions have been answered but no email yet. Please have him go over all my messages again and write the email for me. Thanks

I had no areas for improvement outside of waiting quite a while for the appt.

I think they are doing a wonderful service with all patients.

everything was good. I haven't seen him in 2 years. I am the one with the issue. I hate that I have this virus. He was supportive and gave me options so I will keep note of what I will need in the future.

Taken more time to listen and not rush. I felt unheard

Great care provided

There's no way it was fine. I just wanted everybody to know, whoever's listening to this, that it should have all been fours for yes, definitely. I thought it was only no or yes. And then after I listened a little longer, I realized it was several levels of yes. So they were all yes, definitely. That's it.

Nothing to ad, my visit was great. All was done decent and in order no complaints.

I could have had a larger robe given to me rather than the smaller ones that didn't fit me.

You can't do better than perfection

Dr seemed in a hurry and like I was inconveniencing him. Could have just been having a bad day- not going to take it personal.

Nothing, great medical team!

The only thing I can suggest is I was sent a reminder text that it was time to schedule my yearly exam. Which is great, love that service. But, once I made the appointment, it kept texting me every day to remind me to make one. It was annoying. But, otherwise always have a great experience.

I had to wait 45min past my appt time to see doctor.

Went over what test I wanted ran and how im running out of benefits. Was told that would happen and in the end the test I asked for were not done.

I can't think of any. All the staff was super sweet and welcoming

Hi, my gynecologist is great. He knows everything that I need to know, keeps me up to date on everything. It's a pleasure to go in and see him. And the office's staff is great. Thank you very much. Bye-bye.

I needed nothing additional. Dr Bailey has been my Dr for about 17 years and his assistant has been there too. They are kind, listen, make you feel comfortable and keep me healthy

The doctor was quick to suggest a prescription for certain symptoms. I think a holistic approach might have been better. Also he suggested a blood test, yet when the results came in and there was a question, I was referred to another doctor. Not sure why the GYN ordered a lipid panel if he was not the doctor who would treat any of the conditions found. Also have not received pap results at all.

My doctor was excellent

Doctor did not seem to have access to the notes I had left in my chart since my last visit.

I was treated with great care, staff is the best.

Everyone was just perfect! I couldn't have better care.

The provider was compassionate and knowledgeable. For the first time I felt heard regarding the issues I have been having for two years. Would recommend this provider to everyone!
