Nothing could be improved, the doctor I see is the best OBGYN and I will keep going to him as long as I can help it.

The staff was wonderful! I appreciated the nurses and doctor who saw me - answered all our questions and helped ease some anxiety we were feeling.

It would have been nice if the nurse had explained that you do not do urine screening anymore. I didn't use the bathroom before my appointment because I thought I would have to supply the urine sample. I was a little uncomfortable during the exam since I didn't use the restroom before.

Dr shoultz and his staff are always caring, respectful and knowledgeable. Asking questions and answering all my questions. Giving me options for my continued care. I would give them a 10 on a scale of 1-10

Spend more time!!!! I'm not in a hurry when I visit a Dr. They should extend that same courtesy. No matter what.

I didn't understand why I had to wait 30 minutes before I was brought back to a room. I arrived at 10am for a 1015 appointment and waited 30 minutes in the waiting room before I was called. Others came in after me and was called immediately. It just seems like no one cared to update me about the wait times. I do understand that things happen.

I work for prisma and if I am running behind on getting a patient, I will always apologize and explain why. I waited 35 minutes in the waiting room (30 past my appointment time) and the nurse never said a word when she came to get me. I also had to ask for her name since she didn't introduce herself. She did apologize right at the end and say sorry about your wait. I like Piedmont OBgYN but I was pretty shocked at this knowing that Prisma expects better from their employees and for their patients.
