John F. Lucas, MD, received his medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York. He completed his residency training in pediatrics and then his fellowship training in pediatric cardiology at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.

The first front desk was a white lady. She never even acknowledged I was standing there- for awhile! The other sweet balck lady(im so sorry I didnt get names) to the far left apologized for that lady and checked me in. You need that lady to be the 1st person you see. The other lady was quite obviously not speaking to me. Ive never been treated like that here, so I was a little shocked. The other lady to the far left made it all better though. I appreciate her attentiveness and kindness.

We would have preferred not to need a referral if we felt our child needed the attention and the diagnosis, or evaluation. And possibly further treatment. Other than changing the policy we have to say we are very impressed with the doctor I don't want to down I want to give him all the credit. And you had equipment needed at the facility. We thank you very much.

Appointment was at 9:30 he didn't come into room till 10:45 he didn't spend much time with her don't think he actually took time with her

I can't think of anything. I think this is one of the best offices that I've ever visited for my child's care. They treated him with respect and were so nice.

Nothing really. The staff was amazing. They treated us amazingly. I think my baby was as comfortable as she could be given the situation.
