Johnnie Wright Jr., MD, is a board certified urogynecologist specializing in the compassionate care of women with complex pelvic floor conditions. A South Carolina native, he completed his medical training at the Medical University of South Carolina, followed by extensive training in obstetrics and gynecology and advanced fellowship training in urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery at Walter Reed Military Medical Center.
With more than 20 years of military service and national leadership experience as a former division director, Dr. Wright brings a thoughtful, patient centered approach to every visit. He treats conditions such as pelvic organ prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence, overactive bladder, fistulas, recurrent urinary tract infections and other pelvic floor disorders.
Dr. Wright offers a full range of personalized treatment options, from conservative therapies such as medications and pessaries to advanced surgical care, including minimally invasive, robotic and vaginal procedures. His goal is to help patients restore comfort, confidence and quality of life.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Wright enjoys spending time with his family and staying active outdoors.

I think I didn't hear the first question correctly and pushed the wrong button. So I really was more than satisfied with Dr. Wright, with the staff, with all the ladies that helped me make another appointment, everybody I interacted with. No suggestions here. Excellent visit from start to finish. Really enjoyed meeting Dr. Wright and I feel very secure about the information he shared with me. He's a great communicator, and obviously they're very well educated and experienced doctor.
