Everything was great.

None, Dr Burch has been treating me for 16 years. He is a very professional and excellent physician. Each visit is pleasurable and he explains what his exam and treatment will entail. Hopefully you will honor him in some way, but at least recognize his contribution to Prisma Health.

Prisma needs to raise the compensation for its staff so it can retain enough people to provide adequate care. I waited 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to see my doctor. This was a waste of my time and insulting after I'd gotten many reminders to confirm my appointment and get there 15 minutes early. Prisma must offer better compensation so you have sufficient people to support the patients. Fewer administrators and executives, more providers.

The doctor needs to order the blood work to be done before the appointment so that at the appointment he can discuss the blood work with me so that I know what direction I need to go because I am having symptoms that are very negative and those were not addressed. Thank you.

Don't let AI set patience up for two appointments on same day for them to pay already on portal and they got it where they already pay but the other appointment say they had not payed Don't trust AI.lol

Communication with questions by the patient can be improved for answers related to problems arising @fter a visit.

I always get treated with respect. I am amazed at the difference in my care in this office compared to other offices. I am truly blessed to have Dr Bruch and his nurse as my caretaker. I truly appreciate the care.

The support and care from Dr. Bruch and the nurses. Was excellent.

There was a significant wait time, I would say. There was some kind of computer issue or something, and the lobby was full, and many of us were checking in for our appointments at the same time, and it was just a backlog. And then once we checked in, we still had to wait. I just think the wait was too long. We respect the doctor's time, and I think the doctor and staff should respect the patient's time as well. Thank you.

Great visit....I left feeling that my doctor took time and really listened to me and we had an informative conversation.
