I thought the staff at the practice was exceptional. I really liked the doctor, thought he was very thorough and personable and very professional. And the only thing that I would really, really like to know is the results of my MRI. I've been in a lot of pain and really am counting on learning the results of that MRI as soon as possible and I know it's the weekend. So anyway, thank you very much. Bye.

Coordination between Prisma provider and Prisma Hospital (Oconee County) for scheduling MRI. Arrangements pretty much left up to patients to see that hospital got order, insurance approved, and appointment for MRI is scheduled. Multiple call to Oconee to see if they had prescription, insurance approval, and trying to schedule, and still no appointment.

This was some of the most through care for this problem I have received. Dr. Sloboda was outstanding and the entire staff cared.

I was concerned about Dr. maybe seeing a skin tear in my rt. Groin ( surgical site). However, when I got home , I had two people look for a skin tear. Nobody could find it. I think he was looking for my rt. Arm healed skin tear. We had some interruptions around that time , and we got distracted. I am able to come to Seneca for the nurse to see for herself if need be, Or send photo

Can't think of anything else, all reassured me and I felt the surgeon was someone I could trust with my healthcare needs.

Done a prior authorization on a medication better. Listened to my phone call with office manager, and redo a prior authorization with the doctor involved.

Do not schedule a phone call visit if your doctor doesn't know what he's doing. He can't get the call to go through and he kept sending me messages that I could not respond to. This went on for over 2 hrs and a waste of my time. My time is as valuable as his and I don't have time for all that.
