With regard to the journey of dementia and all the things that are necessary to deal with my diagnosis, I would hope that there would be more patient input regarding care that can be done outside of Dr. Absher 's office and help the patient and the caregiver navigate the continuing changes in this diagnosis.

One comment! I answered No to all questions involving nurses. That is because there were no nurses involved. After I was seated in the examining room, the only person I saw was Dr. Absher.

I don't think there is anything you could do to improve the trust or show more respect. I received excellent care from Dr. Absher and his nurse. Absher took the time to listen carefully to my concerns about my medical; I felt like I had a an opportunity to participate in my health plan care. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.

We are completely pleased with Dr Absher and his NP Lesley Hudson. They are very professional, knowledgeable, listen very carefully and NEVER seem to be in a hurry to leave. And of course explain options for treatment. Best in class. Unfortunately there seems to be a shortage of neurologists in the area. Not that we would want anyone else to treat us, but it just takes far too long to get an appointment. Perhaps Prisma needs to find a way to bring additional neurologists to the area.
