I got several notifications that I needed to be there at 12:45. The reception desk was at lunch until 1. It was a waste of time for me to be there while the office was at lunch.

"my chart" is fundamental because it helps helps patients gain insight into their provider. I am having an "issue" with notes being made about me that are simply piggy backed off of another provider. Much to what is said is untrue and has nothing to do with my health. It's a personal profile complied of false narratives. It's only fair that the facts be written so as not to cause unnecessary discord between patient/provider. I am only speaking out in this forum because I'm at my wits end and contemplating care elsewhere. I know private/personal staff information that I don't care to share because it has nothing (so I would think) to do with my health care, but could flip it as a potential healthcare concern. I have so much to say.
