John Naselli, MD

Lawrence Naselli, MD, is a psychiatrist with a special interest in community mental health and in how lifestyle medicine can support the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders. He earned his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville and completed his psychiatry residency at the Prisma Health Greenville program. Board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, he has extensive training in helping patients improve their overall functioning through a holistic, patient-centered approach. Dr. Naselli’s evidence-based approach is tailored to each individual, balancing appropriate medication management with careful guidance in safely tapering medications that carry risks of tolerance, dependence, or addiction. Dr. Naselli thoughtfully considers the biological, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual factors that shape each individual’s well-being.
