I have no personal complaints or problems with either the physician or the facility.

Facility, in my opinion, did everything and everything possible.

Problems with my appointment which had been rescheduled. It had not been written on the schedule so it didn't appear that I had an appointment and I know I did. Problem ultimately resolved cordially.

It was extremely hard to get someone in cardiology on the phone prior to our appointment. I called repeatedly and waited on hold for an hour or more each time before someone picked up.

This doctor and nurse were extremely friendly, but I did not get any treatment instead it seemed like they were just concerned about getting paid. I would question y'all why have the ER doctor tell me I need to see this guy just for them to talk to me about finances I really question the integrity of prisma because it seems like they only cared about getting paid. They were extremely friendly and kind, but told me they won't do anything much less look at me seriously without getting paid what happened to the hypocritical oath what happened to y'all wanting to help people And heal people I understand completely. Y'all do not wish to help poor people if that's the case then honesty would've been the thing and at least that doctor and nurse told me they won't do anything without getting paid. I wonder if what I say here will be addressed.

Had a good visit

I had my coradid artery surgery at lex med because we thought I was having a stroke, the doctor was fantastic, the nurses were very good, however the discharge and after care was sorely lacking. We came back to Dr Baugh, as usual, the care and treatment was superior. Thank you so very much!

Dr Baugh could have come to the room for my appointment! I sat in the room 50 minutes waiting for him and he didn't come in! I did NOT see him at all for this appointment so I left.

Nothing-the most kind, pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful staff from check-in to nursing to physician to imaging tech to check-out, EVERYBODY WAS TOP NOTCH! Treat your staff well because you're certainly VERY FORTUNATE to have these particular people working for you and they should be TOLD THAT, AND COMPENSATED ACCORDINGLY FOR THAT, as I've seen over a 30+ career as a physician myself in Columbia how an unenthusiastic staff of even one incompetent staff member can destroy your entire practice! But for THIS cardiology clinic-don't change THE STAFF AT ALL!

I have competent people manning the check-in counter. That was the most disappointing part of my visit. They acted like they didn't know who I was or who I was going to see after I had told them took several minutes with me, standing with a cane before I finally had to ask can I sit down, please?

Dr. Kevin Baugh and his staff are impeccable in every area. There is no way my interaction with each one in the office could have been improved. Thank you so much for not having a TV in the waiting room. Dr. Baugh's office is one of the few places I can go and sit in silence for a few minutes. This is enormously appreciated.

No complaints and happy with the staff during the visit. Everyone was both friendly and professional. I did not wait but a few minutes before being seen. Making follow-up visits were efficient as well.

Not wait so long. The Teach girl takeing blood to not be afraid to stick a patent. She did not get blood frome me or the lady before me. But was very sweet personality . I had to go to the other side hospital to get my blood out. The other lady just left. Thank you.

My appt was @ 1:00PM and I was taken back into a room @ 1:15PM. Weight, BP, medication lists were gone through, and assistant left the room by 1:20PM. I sat in the room until 3:15PM until Dr Baugh arrived. No notification that he was running late by the assistant, just left sitting in a blank room for approximately 2 hours. I think it would have been the courteous thing to have the assistant or someone come in and give an estimation of when the doctor would be available rather than just being left sitting and waiting. The patient could have then made the decision to wait or reschedule for a more appropriate time for the doctor. If the patient had been over 2 hours late for the appt, the practice would have charged a cancellation fee. I believe that the practice should be held to the same standard and if the medical practitioner isn't available at the scheduled time, there should be a credit to the patient's account. We should all be responsible within 15 or ever 30 minutes, but never almost 2 hours without notification.

I had to wait a long time, over an hour, to see the doctor. By the time he did see me I was in a rush to leave as I had another appointment. I did not get to have the relaxed conversation with the doctor I would have liked.
