The reception area bathrooms need more frequent cleaning. There was water or what may have been urine on the floors in both.

The choice we were given was to drive further to see special hand therapists which would require us to drop our current OT and not get the shoulder/elbow therapy we also need. Not going to happen. SO we are left without a medical answer to our developing hand problem.

Well it's like this. I've had a bad experience with PRISMA dentistry and PRISMA Health Orthopedics. It doesn't matter what I say here so it's pointless. There are no advocates for me. The ones who work for Prisma are advocates for Prisma. Try and tell me this isn't the truth. You can't as you're an employee of the same. I feel I am nothing more than a billable policy. No one in medical Field cares about patients but they do like the payroll.

I would have appreciated a bit more information on possible treatments for my ailment instead of only hearing about the next step, which was further testing.

My time was very important and seemed as though I was waiting on their time. So, I understand that the doctors have a time frame or schedule, but we patients also have a time frame and schedule, and we cannot afford to sit in the waiting room for a long period of time. So, my only issue would be that there would be more understandable and more recognizable of the patient's time.

Dr. Walsh is a wonderful doctor and I respect him. I trust him. I think he's well qualified and I've never had an issue before, but I had to wait 45 minutes for a 9:30 appointment. It seemed as if no one was around. And anyway, ultimately he came and I was glad and I don't know that it was his fault, but the point is 45 minutes without anybody coming into the waiting room, I mean into the examining room when my husband and I were waiting there to discuss surgery with him was unacceptable. And I can't say that that's Dr. Walsh's fault, but I do want to make note of the fact that I had to wait 45 minutes for what apparently seemed like no reason. Thank you.

Everyone on Dr. Walsh's team has been reliably attentive, efficient, cheerful, informative, courteous, friendly - and this applies especially to Dr. Walsh himself. I'm extremely grateful that I found this wonderful surgeon!

Couldn't ask for anything more. Dr. Walsh and all staff are pleasant & efficient & Dr Walsh is so patient and speaks to me in plain language I can understand . Best doctor ever.

Just one small point. I spent a considerable amount of time completing an online medical health and history questionnaire only to be asked many similar questions upon entering the exam/treatment room. This makes me less inclined to do it in the future.

Wait in the treatment seemed long.

Well, Dr. Walsh came and he kept saying the other orthopedic says you have this. The other orthopedic says this, that. What do you say? You know, like I'm saying, I don't understand. And I was trying to talk to him. It's like he was rushing me. He was at the door about to leave out and I'm still talking. But I just, I feel that something is wrong with my thumb more than what he was able to tell me. And I'm not satisfied.

Dr Walsh is always the utmost professional during my care but also brings a personable side with his care. I can't imagine going to another provider for my care. Dr Walsh and his team will always be highly recommended by me.

The xray tech seemed rushed and uninterested in demonstrating a positive attitude. She gave quick, short responses, and distant. I understand that everyone is busy, but a smile or common courtesy would be appreciated. The other staff was amazing. I guess it was just not her day.

I was treated professionally from the front desk until I checked out of your office. Everyone was very kind and courteous.

Doctor needs to listen intently to patient's concern. Doctor should know the medical history before attending the patient for him to understand the patient's concern/condition. Doctor should explain the medical terms in plain language. The doctor only spent two minutes on my visit is not a satisfaction to the patient. I asked the doctor about my X-ray result. I was expecting him to explain it to me but he just ignore it. Very frustrated and disappointed!

Front desk staff did not check me in and I waited for over an hour in the waiting room after being told I was good to go and to sit down. No apology by front desk staff, but nurses were very courteous once I was taken back

Not a thing they were courteous they suggested what the next step would be. I agreed we made the appointment for a test and then a follow up appointment for the week after. But then again, Dr. Walsh and his team are the best.

No, the doctor was very respectful and walked me through the entire process. His assistants were very helpful to keep me modest yet leaving space for the doctor to easily give me an injection.

The check out employee was NOT friendly or courteous nor was she helpful. I feel like I am treated differently by the doctor because I am a workers comp case. The doctor barely tlexamines my elbow at any of the visits.

Answer questions instead of referring every time to My Chart. It does not answer all questions. Human interaction is not overated.

Make the appointment time respected since I waited close to 1 hours alone in a room with no tv or magazine to read.

I didn't get a chance to let the Dr and staff know that I'm one of Jehovah's Witnesses and i refuse blood transfusion. I wish they would have talked to me about that, about the loss of blood.

I had my eyes covered because the bright lights hurt them. During my procedure 2 people entered the room unbeknownst to me. I wish I had been told when they entered and who they were. It was jarring to close my eyes to a nearly empty room and open them to a full room.

This precious Dr. stopped what he was doing, sat down and listened to a very important concern I had with the medication I was sent home with after surgery. Just him listening and validating my concerns was a very humane and caring response to my concerns. He gets a 10 all day.

I couldn't ask for a better experience. As a healthcare worker of 34 years in the OR, we tend to be some of the worst patients. But Dr Walsh and his team were great!

Would love to have seen hand sanitizer in the room. Don't know if they used anything outside the room. Respect and all was just fine. Thank you.
