The only "complaint" is that I waited in the office for almost 45 minutes past the time of my appointment.

I am a little unclear on what to do with follow-up questions. Otherwise, I can't think of anything that could be improved upon significantly.

I've seen Dr O'Connell before and trust him with my care. He's very thorough and kind. Very caring doctor.

It would have been nice to know up front that my insurance wasn't accepted there. Other than that everything else was great.

Communicate that doctor is running late and approximate time he will be seeing you. I waited for over 30 minutes without anyone checking in with me and had to ask a nurse what was going on. My doctor was overbooked and very apologetic for making me wait so long. Keeping the patient informed is very important especially in stressful situations.

The truth is, the service was very good. I don't see anything that could be improved. The service was exceptional. I felt very confident, and they cleared up all my doubts. They helped me with a translator and with calls for the following procedures.
