Nothing. I felt very good about my visit.

My doctor was very thorough and engaged throughout my visit. I learned several things about my treatment that will be helpful moving forward. I was very pleased with the level of care provided.

Everyone was very professional. The only complaint I have my referral was sent last January I didn't receive a call on this until September. It should not take this long to receive a call to set up an appointment.

Staff need classes in customer care

Everyone that was apart of my care team that day was awesome from checking my vitals until checking out were GREAT and very caring thank you all for the service you provided. The physician was outstanding and took the time needed to explain in detail how things worked

I had to wait 45 minutes to see Dr. Kudlak. After waiting 30 minutes, I went and asked the nurses at the desk if I had been forgotten. The said that Dr. Kudlak was with a patient and he will see me soon. I went back in and waited another 15 minutes, and was about to walk out, when the nurse came into the room and said that the Doctor will see me soon. He did come in soon with no apology. I was ontime for my 10:30 appt. Someone could have notified me that there was a delay when I was placed in the examination room. That act would have shown respect for me.

I had an exceptional visit. Am totally Satisfied with my visit.

1. Blood pressure should not be taken immediately. And the correct sized cuff should be used. 2. I note, again, that the office visit 'template' is not accurate. It shows assessments made that were not made. This has been an ongoing issue since electronic charting began. It places false information on the patient's chart. 3. I do appreciate Dr. Kudlak. I have been a patient for a very long time. He is kind & he does listen. 4. Good medical care is care that doesn't accept a status quo. A good Doctor will 'think outside the box' & not be driven by pharmaceutical companies or by 'this is how we do it' or insurance policies. A good Doctor is like a good detective.

I have been extremely impressed with everyone at the clinic! This is the first time since my diagnosis of OSA that I feel like I was being listened to! I was diagnosed in 2003! I have had 11 sleep studies and they are by far the best practice that I have been to for my OSA. I have these studies done at various practices around the country! So thank you to everyone!!!

Nothing. It was our first visit and we loved the Dr. he was supper nice and understood our needs completely.

Hi, I just wanted to say that the doctor that took care of me was excellent. As were the nursing staff, they did an excellent job. I was particularly grateful for the time that the doctor spent in the room explaining a bunch of different things to me about what he does and what happens next for me. And yeah, just felt very, very cared for, which has not always been the case, particularly by male doctors. I appreciated that he knew about menopause and perimenopause and how that affects his craft as well and what he was assessing for me. And so that was very important to me. I just wanted to give praise where praise is due. Thanks so much.

I felt like the initial nurse was seemingly in quite a bit of a hurry. My blood pressure on the top was a little bit high. I told her if she took it again, it would probably be normal, which she did not. I was very pleased with the doctor. He went above and beyond. It was a very good visit. So all in all, I definitely would give it favorable. Thank you.
