I have no complaints .

I have no complaints and everyone was very respectful and I see no need for improvements just keep doing what y'all are doing ?

I was satisfied with my care there.

I arrived for my 2:30 appointment at 2:15 and I had not seen my doctor by 3:10. No one came by to say anything about why I was waiting so long. Sitting in an uncomfortable chair for so long with no idea what is happening is NOT pleasant.

Everyone was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable and concerned about my health.

Just be nice!!!

There was a mix up on where I needed to go for labs. Sent to Greer Hospital then sent back to providers office.

My visit was really good,respect both doctor and nurse and answer all my questions and treat me better than l ever expected! The doctor explain every step really well he examine my lungs listening carefully he now going to send me to a specialist doctor! My voice went very well!!!!

Everything was great - no improvements of any kind needed.

When I called to schedule the visit, I thought the Lab work was scheduled. Once there, the doctor made sure I could do the Lab work even though it did not make it on the schedule over the phone. I think I was talking to a Prisma person on the phone, but not actually at that office. Once on location, everything worked out fine.

Bathrooms near lab so I don't have to carry urine thru hallways.

I was scheduled quickly, the staff addressed my needs. The manager was great and helped to facilitate my appointment. Dr Leigh was awesome, extremely focused on cleaning my shoulder before injection and hand sanitizing! He listened to me and addressed my pain. His steroid injection was pain free. Great experience!!

My visit was great. Doctor nurses and whole staff were awesome. I would recommend this doctor to anyone . Thank you for the great care.

Dr. Leigh has been my doctor for years. I love him, he's attentive, friendly and has a wonderful bedside manner.

I had a hearing loss and Dr Leigh got me and appointment the same day I called. Checked my ears. Not the virus. I really appreciate his caring about me

Dr. Leigh just needed to renew my prescription for testosterone compound while my PCP was on maternity leave. He made it very difficult, offered another option, I rejected. I was there for 2.5 hours just because he wouldn't call the pharmacy and renew it. He said "we can't call for every patient". MyChart had it listed and whoever typed the response said it wasn't on there. I sent pictures of the container and a screenshot of the prescribed cream from MyChart. I got the runaround just trying to get the same prescribed cream I've been on for a few years. When I told him it was a compound made for me out of natural yams, he said "You're not a yam." He also reprimanded me for interrupting him. I have ADD and I was not happy with his comment.

What can you say it's a Doctors office you sign than you wait, get in a room and answer questions than you wait, than comes the Doctor, ask questions talk and than it's over wouldn't have it any other way !

I have not recommendations for improvement at this time.

I am supposed to have physical therapy, and they told me that the company that provides physical therapy would call me, but I haven't heard back from them yet. It's only been about a week, but I'd really like to get that scheduled. I wish the office would have given me the number to call instead of me waiting for the physical therapy office to call.

I love Doctor Leigh. He's been my Doctor for years, if I didn't trust him or feel like I was treated well, he wouldn't have remained my PCP fir so long.

Nothing!! I have a very understanding doctor who I appreciate the fact he does know me from the years I've been one of his patients, answering all my questions and trusting in me to know when I know something is off I will take care of it by his advice. Never pushing anything on me, only great advice!!! His nurse practitioners are always friendly and takes the time you need from them! Great doctor and recommend him to everyone who asks me! Not to mention the facility is very clean all receptionists are friendly and rarely I have to wait for anything!!!

Dr. Leigh and his staff are the best I have ever experienced at this facility and I have been going there for over 40 years. He listens and knows everything about your history. He is very through with his care and explanations of why things are the way they are and how he would like to see things improve. I have personally recommended him several times and will continue to do so. He is the absolute best Doctor.
