I see a lot of doctor's, this was one of the best visits I've had. Everyone involved in my care was very kind. My only complaint would be the musty smell in the building.

Needed to explain while in office all the possible side effects and/or all the risks, as well as possible outcomes. For post-surgery appointment, you need to show the picture before surgery compared to a post surgery picture. Corrections done to eyelids, but caused creases on the sides of the eyes. One eye is worse than other. I traded problem areas for other problems.

Building is a bit rundown

All was well no concerns for me

I was so happy with this team of Doctors and Nurses. Every staff member that I saw or assisted me were first class.

I trust Dr. Siddens completely. He has been my eye doctor since he first started. He has always told me the truth, helped me, and answered all my questions. He always knew what I needed to do or have done.

Esp. At an Eye Institute, nurses should have name tags with their first names in LARGE letters...I like to know their names and cannot read the small print!

Except having to wait 9 months for an appointment all was well. I had to be treated like a new patient even though I've been there previously. I think 9 months is too long

This visit was a preliminary visit to determine if I needed eye surgery. Everything was clearly explained to me. Everyone had a friendly and professional attitude. Left feeling very confident about the staff.

Nothing more. Dr. Siddens is an excellent doctor. He explained my surgery to me in a way that I understood well, the procedure he would perform. He did a very good job and I had no pain at all. He is very solicitous and caring. He listens attentively and answered all of my questions very patiently. I Very Highly recommend him.
