Dr. Adams is an orthopaedic surgeon with fellowship training in Orthopaedic Trauma. Originally from Alabama, he is an avid fan of Auburn football. He spent his undergraduate education at the University of South Alabama, where he also played Division 1 Baseball. He continued in Mobile, AL for medical school and later went to Greenville, SC for his orthopaedic surgery residency. His fellowship training was completed at the University of Missouri. He has special interests within the field of orthopaedic trauma including pelvis and acetabular fractures, periarticular injuries, soft tissue management, hip arthroplasty, and multi-ligament knee reconstruction (knee dislocations). He also has a passion for medical missions and has spent time in Africa on multiple occasions. He is married to his high-school sweetheart and has three beautiful children.

I would like to know more about what the prospects of me getting my leg strength back and be able to get back to work and not have many issues with my thing outside of like arthritis that I've already had in my leg and what the extent of my care and my meniscus is and all that kind of stuff. I need more answers to the questions. I ask questions and it seems like he gives me a quick answer back like he's got it under control, but I want to know the details. So if that could be done, that'd be great.

Team did not suggest PT for my recovery on a prior visit. When I followed up with them they did put in for it. Other than that, everything was great.

Under the circumstances of my visits, I could not have asked for a better experience with this staff. Dr Adams always gave me the opportunity to ask questions and I was comfortable talking to him.
