Everything was great

It was hard to find the Doctors office. I was told that the offices change each week. There were no signs, and I had to find someone to ask where to go.

There is nothing different that needs to be done just continue to keep the services exceptional consistent.

Dr Clavet is a great Dr. I only wish he was a pcp so that I could get his medical advice more often.

I had asked specifically whether or not I should take my gabapentin before the study, as my gabapentin stops the pain in my heel. That was why I was being tested. And they said, no, I didn't have to. But when I was reading the materials and the instructions, it said that I shouldn't have taken it. They need to be more consistent if they want me to trust them. I really questioned, my test wasn't, was inconclusive and now I don't know whether or not it was because I took my medication or not as I was instructed to take. So that's my only complaint. Thank you.

Someone should have came in room to check after nerve test was finished instead we were told there was materials to clean up with and you are on your at own. Sorry I not wanting a pity party I can take pain but this hurt!

I think procedures/routine tests need more explanation. Maybe showing the patient on themselves it's not as bad as it sounds or seems.

Mark rooms better to know where to go and make sure the receptionist knows where different tests are done.

Provided detailed information about my condition and provide the best option of treatment for my condition.

Time, I was there 20 minutes prior checked in, then put in the room quickly, but waited in the room. For about 35 minutes in gown prior to seeing the Dr.

Dr Clavet, was so throughly, wonderful explaining the procedure..it wasn't easy but with the info he gave to me made me fill at ease..Thank you for having such awesome person on your Staff..he actually the BEST of who you have provided...

Acknowledging the SUPERB bedside manner of the nurse and Dr. Clavet would be the only way I could feel better supported, as being clinical myself, having clinicians that feel supported, makes me feel supported as a patient.

Let me know my provider was running late. I was in the room for 25 minutes by myself waiting.

It took over a year to get an appointment for an EMG. If you want more information I would be happy to share.
