There was 2 nurses and 2 doctors. I like my regular nurse and my doctor, the new people who treated me were unnecessary and I never got their names and the new doctor was taking notes by hand which made me very uncomfortable. I would prefer my appointments in the future to be completed by my regular nurse and Dr Manna. I trust them completely and am more comfortable with them.

Everything was very professional and I was very pleased with the results.

Doctors used to see you, diagnos you recommend treatment and follow through. Now it seems they listen carefully but then they send you to a specialist for everything little thing. Are there any Doctors that treat,recommend, prescribed and follow through.

Too early, 8am is too early for me to attend the weight loss class! Then the traffic at 8am is extremely high, a 30 minutes commute. The class was nice!!!

I met my new doctor for first time but I was much ablized he took real good care of all my needs thus far !!!!!

MAKE 'MY CHART' MORE USER FRIENDLY FOR THOSE WHO DONT USE THIS SORT OF COMMUNICATION VERY FREQUENTLY.

I do not feel there were any shortcomings in this regard.

We just moved from Pa to SC so it's hard to get complete trust with a provider that you just met after having been with our previous provider for many many years. Though I must say everyone has been extremely pleasant and courteous.

There is no way to improve care or trust.

There is nothing you all can do better! The service I received was second to none as usual! Dr. Manna was caring and passionate about everything I needed. I fully trust him with my medical needs and look forward to having him on my team for a very long time!

I would've liked to get a print out of what my diagnosis was and asked if I needed a work excuse when checking out

Make check out area better and bigger, I had to wait behind a couple and there was not much room around that area, I tried to stand back 10 feet but with a wall literally 5 behind behind the check out area, it made it impossible to stand there without thinking someone else who came out would steal my spot. I literally heard she was pregnant and they were making an appt for an ultrasound, I would be upset if I were them.

I do not like it when a doctor asks what can I do for you when they already know. I find that question to not be compassionate.

This was my annual visit where I had my bloodwork done. I wish Dr Manna would have talked about my numbers with me. He just said " you're good." I wish he spent a little more time with me. I think he was with me for less than 5 minutes.

Every visit I've had with John Manna has been wonderful! He is so kind, very knowledgeable, and seems to really care about my health and what is best for me. His staff is always friendly. I would recommend him to anyone! My experience has always been great!

The girl that, when we were leaving, we check out was very rude and ugly.

John Manna is extremely professional. He genuinely cares about you. You're not just a patient, he explains throughly about whatever your going through. He is truly interested in you as a person.

Support. Completely new and user-friendly phone system. It takes to many unnecessary time consuming steps to get to where you are going. Each department should have it own extension. The phone system would be a primary reason to leave Prisma health.
