Honestly, nothing. I have never had anything but positive experiences at both Blue Ridge Orthopedics locations. Dr Tanksley is an excellent and empathetic practitioner. The entire staff is wonderful!!

Spend time with your customer/patients and stay in the room more than four minuets. When you ask if there's any questions or how they are, actually let the patient answer.

Nothing that I can think of. My appointment was an easily and I showed up at the Powdersville facility instead where I had initially seen the physician assistant. The receptionist informed me that I was at the wrong place and she called the other facility to make sure they would wait for me even though I was already 15 minutes late. The physician and the resident we're both extremely courteous and listen to me. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience.

Communication is bad.

Absolutely the best doctor and care I could have asked for....

No suggestions. Dr. Tanksley is super. He got to us for our post surgery visit promptly, told us the hip implant was still in place and made recommendations for limited exercise at home. I trust him implicitly as my surgeon for this event.

Excellent facility, staff, and doctors. No suggestions for improvement.

X-ray technologist wasn't sure if I was to have hip X-ray. I told her I was for follow up from broken femur. She checked and all went well.

It was a positive experience. My surgery started late, but things like that can't be helped. I was impressed with all involved, starting at check-in until I went home.

Not sure other than they may have washed hand before seeing me but they didn't in the room. These are new doctors to me so naturally skeptical until I have seen them more.

I think everyone was courteous ,respectful , and knowledgeable.

There is no way l can describe what a wonderful place doctors and nurses that work there l felt so important and so cared for l have written a latter to all concerned about how wonderful yall are no one can know unless they experience it may God bless all of those who cared for me

When speaking to two people prior to appointment there seemed to be an assumption on their part that surgery was a given despite the fact that this was a consult appointment.

I can't think of anything. This was my first visit & everything was great.
