First time I used Prisma Urgent care clinic. They were professional, friendly, efficient and tookgreat care of me. Very impressed.

This was a walk-in clinic, no appointment was made or needed. I was checked in quickly and call for treatment as quickly. Everyone was respectful, caring, and treated my issue just as fast. I was given instructions to follow with medical provider within the first week of this visit. Have an appointment for that follow up.

Was very pleased with nurses an Dr. The xray tech was also amazing with my daughter. Only concern was the long wait time in lobby. Over an hour was a little much. It was pretty pack so I do understand. The staff made up for it when it came to the care my daughter!

Your registration person was extremely slow and the blond headed woman was on her computer speaking to someone else longer then she maybe should have the registration process for all Of Us could have been much faater

I had to ask for a urine culture after I had been waiting about 15 minutes. The nurse apologized and took care of it right away.

Yes, when I did come in, the girl did take my temperature, but if she should have put the thing in my ear correctly, she would have seen I had a fever. Because as soon as I left there, I got the same confirmator y'all have, the earbuds, and I went out in my car and checked, and I had 101.1. When I was in y'all's office, it said I had 98. Because she didn't put the thing into my ear. She stuck it in my ear, but not at the right place. If she did, she would have seen that I had a fever.

I don't think y'all could have done any better job. Y'all treated me right and took care of me. I'm taking my medication and I'm looking forward to getting to feeling better. But everything that I recall went very, very well. And I appreciate y'all. Thank you.

It took 2 hours to from the time I walked in to the time I left! I was very sick coughing non stop. When I left the pharmacy was closed so I couldn't get my prescription for cough meds.

They gave me a shoe that didn't fit, now I can't hardly put any weight on my foot. They should have gave me the boot I asked for. Now I have to see my doctor today because the pain is all the way up to my groin.

Ms Wall told me my EKG and x-ray were normal. Then I get notification they both were abnormal. Who is right? Or does she need to learn how to read test results.

I had to use the clinic because I could not get an appointment with my Dr. The call center is a mess and seeing Dr is weeks out for any issue. On a side note, trying to leave a not for aa nurse is stuod! Their messages r far too long and are not helpful. And why can't the pharmacy get a refill?

I'm not even sure the provider gave her name. The nurse was excellent and treated my child as a child. I wished they would have offered a steroid shot for my child's croup instead of oral.. he refused to take it due to taste and we ended up at an urgent care several Hours later to get an injection.

One way they could have improved trust would be to follow their intention to set up an appointment with a specialist. It didn't happen. I still haven't heard from them. That's all.

Tried to schedule with pcp and waited over 5 min for scheduling and they never picked up. Went to clinic instead and PA was terrible. Not my normal experience. Also didn't like signing new paperwork electronically that I couldn't read. The receptionist just had me signing in a box.

The line was very long for registration and there was only one person that was behind the counter and she had so much to fill out and do that it was taking her a very long time. So it was a very long line, a lot of waiting for people. That was a pretty bad experience.

When you think a facility couldn't get worse than it was prior to Prisma taking over, you're proven wrong. The check-in process was unnecessarily confusing, the wait time for it being so early was excessive, and the NP that saw me not only jabbed my ear once with the otoscope, she did it twice and it was very painful. Although she said my ears look great, I'm 5 days into this and my ears are still in severe pain. I was there 2 hours and the NP was in my room for less than 3 minutes. I'm sad that our local hospital/medical center has become a place you can't rely on.

It would have been nice to get written post suture instructions. I received stitches. When I walked up to the check in desk the lady never acknowledge me and got up and left .... Never said a word to me. I was being seen due to a fall where I injured my knee and ankle. When the other receptionist was free after checking in the patient she was with it took her about 3 minutes to acknowledge me, she said "Did she leave" referring to her coworker. My response was " Looks like she did". So she ask me to come to her side of the check in area. I was checked in and was called back pretty soon after being checked in. The X-ray tech was the nicest person I encountered during my visit. She was so sweet and was carefull with my injuries during my X-rays. We talked about how I got injured and how I live alone now since my husband passed away recently. She said she would keep me in her prayers. I think a lot of people use that phrase and never really do it, but i think she really will / did pray for me. All in all staff was nice and took care of my need. Did their job that was it. I just really did not get a caring vibe from anyone except the X-ray tech.

I went to the Clinic, so I didn't make an appointment. I was seen quickly and professionally. My PA was on top of things and got my tests done quickly! I will return again!

Given that it is a walk-in clinic for Blount County Employees, it is handled to the best of its abilities with the waiting area, wait time, and staff available. I am happy with the care I received. A student nurse did take my vitals, and the nurse relied on that student's numbers.

The only negative thing I have to say is that the wait time was a little frustrating. Not so much as the time frame, considering it is a walk-in. After we checked in and other patients checked in after us, the patients after us got taken back before we did. We waiting a little over an our and a half and my son had a fever and was not feeling well at all. I understand the wait times, I just feel like we might have been looked over and it was frustrating.

Was pleased with Jill's communication at urgent care. It was difficult for an IV and they needed three before catching a vein. They were very apologetic and trying very hard. Was overall very pleased with their professionalism at urgent care. Did not have the same experience at Prism Hospital. Moving forward I would utilize urgent care services again, however, we will unlikely opt to go to the hospital again.

The problem was with the lab. They took two swabs. I waited for 20-30 minutes. They came back with the results of the nasal swab, but not the throat. They did the throat about 20 minutes later. I was ready to leave and opened the door when the PA , who was great, returned.

I went to clinic because after 3 call's to my primary care Dr that works there I couldn't get anyone to return my calls. I was in excurating pain. No called about my x-ray and lab orders were lost. So I'm not pleased at all about the situation,but I'm at their mercy....so what can I do?

Everything went very well. I was treated very well and very kindly, and I felt that everything was addressed, that I had talked to Jill, who was the PA on duty that night, and she did a good job giving me some stitches and, you know, telling me what medicine I would get and that sort of thing, and making sure the prescription got to Walgreens, so everything went well. The care I received was just fine. The PA asked questions for the info she didn't have right in front of her and I had no problem answering. She provided me with what I needed, which was an antibiotic for an abscessed tooth, since I couldn't get in to the dentist until the following week. Always good to get those under control as fast as possible. She was very nice.

The waiting room was busy; I had to wait around 1hour or so; nurses were calling each patient for blood pressure and vitals, when I went back the assisted nurse took my blood pressure so fast that I noticed she wasn't even looking at the pressure gauge; and when it came to my temperature the thermometer was not even in my ear!! So maybe nurses need to be more careful and patient and slow down and access patients when more caution! My BP is never this low and I understand staff was busy but slow down!! Other than that everything else was fine the PA was very calm and patient she was very concerned about my situation and got the ball rolling immediately!office staff was great; even while so busy there was only one lady at the desk and she was amazing!
