I felt very supported the entire time.

mcleod was a little rude, and i asked her questions about certain stuff and she caught a attitude and tried to tell me idk what im talking about

I need to know my records from my obgny in Pennsylvania are available to this practice

Dr. McLeod was so incredibly reassuring regarding one of my concerns, there is no way she could have been any more helpful than she already was.

Honestly, I felt very supported and respected throughout my visit. The provider listened attentively, explained things clearly, and validated my concerns, which built a lot of trust. Continuing this level of communication and reassurance is what made the experience so positive for me.

Nothing really I really appreciate Jill for what she does and her staffing

Nothing more was needed. There was confusion when I tried to make the appointment but once that issue was resolved I could not have asked for more. This office was staffed with warm and caring people from the front desk, to nurses, to Dr McLeod, to the check out. There was no wait. Very pleasant atmosphere and very pleasant appointment.

I called for an appointment and never received a call back to schedule, so I had to call again. I had to wait for about 2 months for an appointment. No option to be placed on a cancellation list, but I think that would be helpful. Plus calling back when a message was left and the recording says you will be called back.

First visit everything went well very nice people

There isn't much improvement. Dr. McLeod was awesome and I know I have to see all the other doctors but if I can have it my way, I want her to handle my baby and my care.

She listened and guided me through every aspect of the visit, and returned to the room to make sure if I had questions, they were answered. It was a very good appointment, and I felt very cared for.

Yes, my race may or may not play a role in this. I cannot say and I will not say that. I will say that she was, Dr. McLeod was nice. I don't know if I felt like I was being heard enough or I wasn't speaking up enough. But I feel like when I asked for a ultrasound or a scan, it just kind of was, we don't need that. And I'm not sure where that came from, because I do feel like I was concerned. And I don't feel like that was heard enough. But just kind of listening, regardless of what your clients are coming in for, regardless of what your patients are coming in for, listen to them and try what you can. And don't always tell them what you cannot do or you don't feel is necessary for them to make their experience better.

This was my first visit with Dr. McLeod. Everything went well. She was kind, courteous, and professional. No complaints.

Nothing everyone was very nice and I was called back and didn't have to wait at all and was seen in a timely manner but also didn't feel rushed Dr. McLeod and her staff was very nice and courteous.

The caregivers can relay information during the appointment-- BP Weight Temp--anything measured. Some caregivers just say "Go to your My Chart"

It was a great experience

We were treated with kindness and respect by everyone we encountered from the front desk staff, lab personnel, the ladies that put us in the room and the doctor. Everything was explained well and all of our questions were answered.

I cannot think of anything that the staff could've done better. Everyone was courteous, efficient, and very pleasant. This was my first visit with Dr. McLeod and I certainly would recommend her to friends and family.

I was completely satisfied with how the staff took care of me, and how attentive they were, I hadn't been there in two years, but my provider knew exactly who I was and that was comforting to know.

Support was exceptional and Dr. McLeod has a caring attitude. She makes sure you feel comfortable with the procedure and there are no problems. Dr. McLeod has a personality that makes u feel relaxed. She is the best!
