Everything was fine

I can't think of anything. Jill told me she was an extension of my doctor and she would take great care of me , and she did.

Honestly the nurse that cared for me was amazing! I can not think of a way that it could have been better. She was very knowledgeable, treated me with respect, and made sure I understood everything that I needed to know. She listened and was able to give me confidence with accepting treatment

I felt all things were offered while being cared for.

I think this office is well run. The only complaint I would have is that calling the office.

Jill did everything to help me. She offered support, i trust her with my care. She is always thorough, respectful and caring.

The person letting me in insisted on me weighing even tho I told her my weight. Then she told the scribe my weight, saying, "she CLAIMS it's xxx".

My care was awesome. I would not change a thing about it very respectful.

I prefer calls instead of my chart notifications for very abnormal lab results. I don't look at my chart often and health impacting labs or other tests should be called to patients!

The care was excellent !

Nurse Practitioner Jill put me at ease right away. She listened intently and gave me her full focus from the moment she walked in the room. She went above and beyond during and after my appointment. I appreciated that she took the time to call me before I received my test results. I wish every provider took the time that she did.

Got into see the provider the same day I needed to be seen. Very happy with the care I received.

NP, Jill, did a phenomenal job communicating with my elderly mother-in-law. She was kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend her.

I was really happy with my visit, Jill took great care of me! I wish she were my primary care provider! I had a rash and was embarrassed about it at first, and I thought it might be a serious condition, but she made me feel very comfortable about it and was confident that it was a simple fix, and she was right! The rash went away in 4 days of following her instructions, and I also left the visit feeling at-ease. She also took the time to check the cost of my prescription in case we needed to discuss over-the-counter alternatives due to my budget. My insurance covered it, so I was able to buy the medication through the pharmacy, but I felt extremely cared for since she took the initiative to check on that for me. I'm really grateful for her! Go Jill!

I was extremely happy with the friendly and professional treatment that I received from Dr. McCreight, her nurse and the reception staff. The Dr. called the next day to check on me.

Every possible i needed was taken care of. I have never been to this practice but my regular doctor couldn't see me so they recommended I go here. Every employee I can in contact with was extremely nice. Didn't wait but a few minutes out front or in room. Give them a raise they have earned it!!

When asked if u need a nursing while checking you or whatever it's not necessary I don't think if you trust the doctor so I think when you having a physical or check up it should be just you and the doctor because I trust the doctors that I deal with

I LOVED that she told me what she was going to do ahead of time. Also after I changed and when she knocked to come in, she actually waited to open the door to hear me say "come in" before she came in.

I must say that Jill went above and beyond to help me. She contacted the orthopedist immediately and I had an appointment the next day. Jill also took the time to look at my chart and history to see that I need to be referred to an osteoporosis expert. She is a true asset to this practice!

Nothing was expected to be different. Dr. Creight was very knowledgeable and thorough.

Suggest a tele care health visit. I live about an hour away from the medical office. I didn't think to ask for a visit from the NP online. That would've been nice.

Everything went very smoothly at the appointment. I just wish that I was listened to a little bit more thoroughly instead of almost dismissed because I have a psychiatrist. But overall, everything was very well and the nurse was very knowledgeable and very helpful and I appreciate everything.
