Honestly, there is nothing different that needed to be done. Jessica is wonderful to talk to and she follows up afterwards in detail.

Everything was great--my Nurse Practitioner, my nurse, the x-ray tech and the lab tech. My appointment was thorough & efficient. Check in & check out was quick & easy too. No improvement needed! ?

There is nothing that the group could have done. They are perfect in every way. They do everything to the letter. Jessie is amazing. The whole practice is amazing. Could not ask for anything better.

This practice is very thorough and Jessica Rivera listens to my concerns but I do feel it is too busy for my season of life. She did address all of my concerns. I feel like I need someone who has a bit more time to address my issues.

Not over loading .so we can get in when we have something wrong.

She's always been very attentive to my medical and health needs, explained things, and made me feel very welcome in calling back or coming in again if needed to see her. I really can't think of anything that could have gone any better with my checking in and checking out process.

Let me think on this one. As I have been with Jessica Rivera for 5 years now, I feel everything is running smoothly with my situation.

Jessica has been my main Care Giver for 4 yrs. She gives ? % attention to my needs. I think the World of her. Why, SHE CARES ..and understands my wants an needs. Nothing else needed!!

I feel very well taken care of with Jessica Riveria. She listens, gives good advice and is kind, smart and respectful. I completely trust her with my care and am thankful for her.

When I called for an appointment I was put on hold and forgotten about. When I called back, my call wasn't answered.

I think it was all handled well. Only concern was having to wait a day to get in to see a Dr. I injured my back and concern was for quick review. It only took an extra day but would be nice to have a Flex Time to come in on extended hours

Make me younger...haha. My past history of going to the doctor since I was little has been one of anxiousness, to the point that my BP increases due to "white coat" syndrome. This week was the first time that I can remember my BP not being elevated just by going in the office.

Dr. Rivera is the best doctor she's kind and she actually listens to you with no judgment.

There is absolutely nothing that could have been . done any better in my visit with this provider or the office staff. And that's saying a LOT. Because honestly, I distrust everything else about the Prisma system. It is too huge, too impersonal, too profit driven. That is why I prefer to seek care from AnMed or Bon Secours

Jessica Rivera is the only one that I ever want to see. I'm sure the other practitioners are good but I have faith in Jessi. I know when she suggests something to me I know that I need to listen and follow her suggestions.

Since ai live with two relatively rare conditions , M.E. And Dysautonomia, I feel most fortunate to find a PCP researching and wanting to know more about these illnesses. I hope Prisma will give her even more tools to treat my conditions as they severely impact my daily life as well as many others in S.C.
