We were a little taken aback at the beginning of the appointment because the doctor did not reveal that he really knew why we were there. So we explained why we were there and then he did reveal, oh yes, I have read your medical records. So this was our first time visit to Dr. Jorgensen and this would have been, I guess, a little bit more helpful if he had immediately said, I've reviewed your medical records and this is what I found instead of us having to explain that from the beginning.

Dr Jorgensen is the nest . He is very patient and kind. He answers all your questions in a manner that you understand. I am very fortunate to have him as my doctor.

When my appointment was changed by Prisma, I would have appreciated an explanation.

Don't know why you need to see my Medicare card again when it has not changed. I happen to have had it with me but sometimes I don't. Seems unnecessary.

This office needs to offer definite appointments. If you tell us we need to come back in a year then we need to make an appointment the day we are there. Not the next 10 months or so. It shouldn't be up to us to remember to make that appointment. Not happy about that at all! If you want us back in a year you need to make that appointment for a year later! Period! You used to do that! Why not now!

I believe if things are working right don't mess with it. All the staff are friendly and now there job and do it well so again if it works don't fix it. And Doctor J is the best fit for me. Thank you all and have a great and safe Holiday Season ????

I was very well treated at Prisma Health as was my spouse. All the professional stall I met were personable, professional, and seemed to know their job very well. I really can't think of anything at this point that could have been improved.

The nurse may have been just having a bad day. Most likely personal and nothing to do about me or her ability as a nurse. When I stop talking and having conversations with her she knew, I didn't appreciate her. But everyone else in this facility was stellar. So happy to be a patient the you all.

Dr. J. and staff are always friendly, courteous, and answer all questions. I am extremely pleased with the care I have been given by him both in the office and at the hospital.

Detailed directions would have been nice.

What would be helpful is some kind of educational component for people that don't understand the medical terms and are confused about the process, but don't need to take up a doctor's time. Just talking with a CLIP coordinator helps some, and it would have been helpful to have had that kind of help. And that's all.

No. I trust Dr. Jorgensen completely. He has always been there for me.

I liked and respected Dr. Jorgensen but was not pleased that he would not do the procedure that would prevent me from going into right heart failure and more mitral dysfunction. Even though I'm asymptomatic now, my pulm. hypertension is getting worse and complications will soon develop. As a retired oncologist I compare this to finding a cancer in a patient but not treating them because they were not symptomatic.
